Good experience with customer service
My experience with Immaculate vegan was very good. Although there was an issue with the bag I received, customer service was very kind and understanding. The issue was resolved in a reasonable time frame and I really felt that there was made an effort in providing a good customer experience. Sometimes quality control with certain materials isn't easy, but providing good communication and service can result in a good overall experience.

Immaculate Vegan Rules!
The shoes I ordered came to my house quicker than anticipated. They fit perfectly and are really really nice! My third pair of vegan leather shoes and the nicest ones yet. I also had small issue with shipping that wasn’t immaculate vegan’s fault but they helped me anyways!
Quality product and great customer service, not much else you can ask for.

Avoid this company if you're ordering from the UK!
There are hidden charges for tax and duty that they don't clearly disclose at checkout. I ordered a pair of shoes that cost me £160, and only when they were about to be delivered did I receive an email stating I had to pay an additional £70 in tax and duty.
When I contacted the company, they claimed they had informed customers they were responsible for duty charges—but there was no clear notice during the checkout process. When I complained, they said there was nothing they could do and offered me 10% off my next purchase—probably so I could end up paying another £70 in hidden fees!
I’ve bought clothes before from companies shipping from the EU and never had to pay duty like this a week after the purchase. Stay away from this company—especially if you're in the UK.

Couldn’t exchange or return shoes that didn’t fit due to high shipping costs that were far greater (as in hundreds of dollars more) than the website suggested. Always love supporting vegan businesses but won’t buy again until they figure that out.

Very happy with my new bag but I had to pay a little extra for importing the bag from the UK. To bad that the commerce between the eu and the uk is so complicated and that there is little known about the import taxes.

Refund reported as given but three months later still had not reached my account had to be chased
Bought some baukjen shorts through immaculate vegan unfortunately they were not right so we returned.., was notified that refund provided straight away however after three months when I checked my accounts the refund had not been sent through to my and I had to chase it… baukjen were really helpful and chased immaculate vegan up . I do not feel that this is honest… If a refund had been given by Baukjen why were immaculate vegan holding onto it … if I had not checked my account, I would not have known that the money had not been paid in. Three months is too long.

In this case, we weren’t notified by you that your item had been returned directly to the brand, so we had no record to chase Baukjen for the refund authorisation. As far as we were aware, you had received your goods and were continuing to enjoy your puchase. Ordinarily this wouldn’t be an issue, as Baukjen are very diligent in informing us of returns – this is the first time such a situation has occurred.
We’re very sorry again for the delay and frustration caused, and we’re taking steps with our partner brands to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
