Total Nondelivery, Complete Communication Blackout, and Fictitious Address

I am documenting a complete failure of contractual performance and deceptive business practices by Lillou (shoplillou.com).
On April 9, 2026, I placed an order (#2286) for a quilt, totaling $236.26. The funds were immediately captured through a Klarna financing instrument. Nearly fifty (50) days have elapsed, and the order remains perpetually stuck in a static "preparing these items for shipping" status.
I have repeatedly attempted to contact this merchant across multiple direct communication channels to elicit a basic status update or shipping timeline. My inquiries have been met with absolute silence. They are happily holding consumer capital while completely failing to fulfill orders or provide basic customer support.
Worse yet, upon conducting due diligence to locate the business, it was discovered that the physical corporate address they list on their storefront is entirely fraudulent and non-existent. Hiding behind a fictitious address while ghosting paying customers is a massive red flag.
I have submitted a formal final demand for a cure. If verifiable tracking or a full refund is not issued immediately, I am letting Klarna’s fraud and buyer protection teams permanently claw back the funds.
Warning to Consumers: Avoid shoplillou.com. They take your money, provide zero tracking, refuse to answer messages, and operate under a fake address.
