Deceptive return practices

Deceptive return practices. They refund orders over $250 to store credit only. Their return policy states that "if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund." Then at the bottom of the page, in small writing, it gives this $250 exception. Feels deceptive and like a money grab. I bought several sizes to fit a good fit and now I'm stuck with more than $500 worth of store credit from a retailer I do not trust and do not like.

Deceptive & Deceitful

Unfortunately, the clothing did not work for me, so I initiated a return. Only then was I informed that because my order exceeded $250, I was not eligible for a refund — only store exchange/credit.

At no point during checkout did I notice any clear disclosure that orders over $250 were excluded from refunds. In my opinion, the advertising created the impression that returns were refundable, while the actual policy appears to be very different once you cross a spending threshold.

I have contacted the company and will also be discussing the matter with my credit card company and filing complaints with the BBB and other consumer channels if necessary.

If others have had similar experiences, I would encourage you to share them publicly so consumers can make informed decisions before purchasing.
