I purchased the Palma Flex - Maple Suede Loafers (Order #4516) for $265 USD. The product arrived with clear, visible glue/dye stains on the heels and the sizing was incorrect.
1. ADMITTED FACTORY FLAW: When contacted, the company admitted the stains were a "normal thing that can happen with their manufacturing process". They confirmed the flaw was from the factory, stating: "those stains have nothing to do with the packaging, that's how they come from the factory.".
2. UNFAIR FINANCIAL TRAP: Despite this admission of poor quality control, they refused to provide a return label. They advised me to pay for international shipping myself, warning that "in my experience it can be more expensive than the purchase itself.".
CONCLUSION: I was forced to keep the flawed shoes to avoid paying over $160 USD in return shipping costs. ShopMehra relies on its prohibitive international policy to turn flawed sales into a "final sale" at the customer's expense. Avoid this shop, especially if you are an international buyer.

these shoes did not have any flaws, they had some glue stains on the heel which are normal and to be expected due to the manufacturing process
the customer ordered size 40 and size 40 was sent but they were too big for him and he tried to get a free return / exchange using the glue stains as an excuse
