Nearly 9 weeks I waited for 4 small cabinet handles, I could of got else where with in a week if I had known what was to come, i didn’t realise the how long it took to get an order so small, i wouldn’t of liked to of placed a large order, the fact I waited over a week after placing my order, no update with a time scale of a delivery. I emailed and asked to cancel the order at that point, which some one said no I can’t, when it would have then took a further 8 weeks after that. Absolutely shocking waiting times, after reading all the reviews now, I wish I looked before, I think this company has a very very long way to go to improve, as all there customers seem very fed up, and I don’t think they should be doing business, if I’m totally honest, Not like this any way, Don’t waste your time and money shop elsewhere. Although the handles have just turned up even though tracking still not up to date in the slightest, the handles are really really nice so it’s just down to, if you want to wait a very long time for an order.

IF this company still exists, it is the worst service. Our order was placed 09 December, and we have yet to receive the products. They do send automated emails saying that the order is in the workshop. This is our fourth order, the first two were great. The third last summer was slow, but came. At this point they seem to be able to take your money but not to deliver. The responses seem to be AI or a bot of some kind.

Do not order from them unless you want to lose your money! I placed my order at the end of December 2024 and still haven't received anything!!! Despite multiple emails and asking for them to refund me. They keep saying that my order will be sent in the next 7-14 business days, which obviously never happens. I ordered for over 600 euros worth of hardware!!! It's a scam I don't even think they exist as a company.

Complete SCAM. We ordered handles mid-March 2025, with a 2-3 weeks production and delivery timeline (as told by their employee). Mid-April, when inquiring about the status of our order, we were told a completely different timeline: 3-6 weeks production + 2 weeks shipping. Upon requesting a refund, and after lots of patience and persistence from our side, they said they would deliver it 'next week' and offered a 20% discount to not cancel, which we (unfortunately) accepted. Again, we haven't received any items or any communication from them, at which point we reached out again to request a refund.

Their response:
"We’ve encountered an internal issue that we’re still in the process of resolving, and unfortunately, it’s had a significant impact on our production and dispatch times."

I reiterated my request for a refund, which they finally accepted. This was mid-May, more than 2 months after the order. And we have still not received the refund.

Transparent, candid communication is key. Meraki might be experiencing 'internal issues', but not informing the customer, changing timelines, lying about delivery to retain orders, is absolutely unacceptable. So unless you want to wait an indefinite amount of time and potentially lose your money (unsure as we are still waiting for the refund), avoid this scam.

MASSIVE SCAM: We placed an order with for wall lights over four months ago and have still not received the goods! Despite repeated follow-ups and a clear request for a refund, the company has failed to provide either the products or a resolution.

Initially, communication was sporadic but present. However, once we requested a refund due to the excessive delay, we were told the items were in a fulfilment depot — a claim we believe is untrue, as no proof of shipment was ever provided. Since then, our emails have been ignored completely!

This is not an isolated case — we have since found multiple reviews from other customers with similar issues. This raises serious concerns about the company’s business practices and transparency.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MERAKI. Absolute nightmare company that will ruin your project and steal your money.
I ordered three waste units (£140) for my bathroom renovation. What followed was months of delays and the worst customer service imaginable.

The Problems:

Multiple delivery failures despite repeated promises
Held up my entire renovation when I needed to move in
Told me to STOP emailing because they "get so many emails"

When I explained I required working facilities to move in, they offered me the option to "wait longer"

After countless emails, they finally agreed to refund my £140. They promised 30 days - it's been longer and now I only get generic copy-paste responses.

Bottom Line: Meraki cannot deliver products, has zero respect for customers, and will hold your money hostage. There are dozens of reliable suppliers out there; use any of them instead.

This company is pathetic, unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent. You have been warned.

So many others have already articulated the same experience with this company in their 1 star reviews but it’s worth saying, I was fooled by their professional marketing too. If you don’t have the time to read it all…….I got a full refund after making the claim with my bank but that was after 3 months of dialogue with Meraki and they still only every delivered part of my order.
As an interior designer I’m always looking out for new suppliers to mix in with my tried and tested ones. Meraki offered a good trade discount and a professional trade website that was easy to navigate, see prices and lead times, as well as offering sample packs for their finishes for their wide range. Everything I need to plan their products into the design scheme, project budget and timeline.
At the point of purchase, my order showed a lead time of 2-3 weeks with clear date brackets that worked perfectly with my project timeline (of which they were a very small part of 100s of moving parts). As soon as I paid on the website, all reference to lead times, estimate delivery dates etc. disappeared (which felt deceptive at the time but I let it pass because I had taken a screenshot for my records anyway).
Long story short, it evolved into months long dialogue with customer service (who remained professional but always vague on the status of my order or any revised delivery dates) and every week I was emailing them to ask where’s my order. They always responded quickly but offered no clear plan on how they were going to fulfil my order even after all the previous dialogue. I just wanted a date so I could plan everything else around it.
After 12 weeks, 3 of the 10 items were dispatched and lucky I had seen the writing on the wall months earlier and bought from a different supplier who are fast and responsive in delivering their great quality product (thank you Superfront!).
I emailed Meraki and asked them to cancel my remaining order and offer a refund but it was at that point they stopped responding.
I received the 3 house numbers and while they were “as advertised”, the “brass” finish was just a cheap looking metallic yellow paint. Good from far, but far from good. In hindsight I should have gone for the more expensive solid brass option but I’d most certainly still be waiting for it to arrive.
I immediately emailed them to give instructions on how to return the house numbers and remind them I was cancelling the rest of my order that still hadn’t left their factory. Again, no response, so I opened a dispute with my bank (thank you Revolut, you deserve a 5 star review), included a PDF of the endless email thread along with the commercial invoice Meraki provided and my refund was issued by them within 3 hours. No response from them, just an automated email refunding me the full amount including postage and the items I already received. I imply it was my bank that got the ball rolling, not the “relationship” I had built over months of dialogue with Meraki customer service.
If you’ve made it this far in my Rampling, well done. The point I’m trying to make is that Meraki are not a phishing scam, they have genuine products and real people working in the company but their slick and professional front does not match their shitshow of operations behind the scenes and its really just a China based, temi style operation with good product shots. I remained professional, reasonable and respectful with all my communication with them but I also kept records of all that. Thus I think is what got me the refund in the end but I’m writing this review to also make it clear it’s not worth all the dialogue and even if you have the time to wait…..they’ll take 14 weeks to basically give you nothing.
So many other great UK and Europe based brands (and small makers on Etsy) that will give you this product quicker, better quality and better long term business relationship that you can build on and rely on. Support those who do good work!

Never ever use this scam. I paid for 'goods' in February, it's now May and after making excuses for production delay they are making excuses for refund delay.
Very professional looking website and marketing. Don't be sucked in like I was

We ordered kitchen door handles with a 4-6 week lead time. After 12 weeks and multiple emails to Meraki we still had nothing.
From week 7, Meraki.co claimed there were delays then said it was nearly ready and ‘in fulfilment’, then they said they weren’t sure of the order status. After 10 weeks we asked for a refund and they only offered store credit. Eventually they offered a refund but said it would take 30 days!
We made a claim with PayPal and received a refund that way (make sure you escalate it to a PayPal ‘claim’ after reporting it).
Products are made in China (which can be fine as there are good and bad businesses in China) but customer service is not UK based and not great. Also the reviews on their own website are managed by themselves (not linked to google or trustpilot) so they can filter out bad reviews if they want.

Do not buy from this site, they pretend they make the products themselves but they are just made in China and resold. Reverse image search proves this. 3 months and and still no tap and no sign of it either. Each time customer services says it's just about to ship or sorry there was a technical issue with our systems.

Avoid this place as it's a fraud.

A total scam. Avoid at all costs.

Last autumn I ordered some handles for our wardrobes - the website is great, looks very high end but the order never arrived and every time I emailed there was another reason for the delay. They eventually agreed to cancel the order and was told I was receive a refund in 30 days which, two months later, has not appeared and I am still being fobbed off with various excuses.

Most, if not all, of the positive reviews here are very clearly written by them - people that have only reviewed once and use very similar language and sentence structure to describe their products.

Ordered on 3rd of Feb and received part of the order in 5th of March. Had to chase a few times and was given different reason and they would look into it. Last communication was three weeks ago when they were to get back and obviously did not. Asked Mastercard to dispute part of the transaction. Products look good but not worth the hassle.

DISGUSTING COMPANY - They are not a real company, the website is great but do not be fooled - they are scammers and thieves. I am not giving up, I am waiting for a refund and I will go to their HQ or call the police if I have to until I get my money back.

Unfortunately I have fallen victim to the same scam as all the other reviewers. Spent hundreds of pounds, having been lured by a nicely designed website which appears to be a facade only. Initially vague responses to my chasers, with dubious offers of upgrading to premium express production and shipping, eventually total radio silence after requesting a refund. Court claim filed! Avoid at all costs.

Do not order from these scammers! I ordered on 27 Feb 2025, and chased a couple of weeks later. They told me I could pay extra to speed up the process which I declined as I was already 3 weeks in, so figured it would only be another week or so. Finally on the 14th April I asked them for an ETA - only to be met with radio silence. The following day I requested a refund. No response from them. Luckily I paid with PayPal so have initiated a dispute and hope to get my money back through them.

Meraki always delivers on quality. The products are beautifully made, and the service is excellent. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. Ordered kitchen knobs and handles on the 9th Jan 25. After a month, the order tracker remained as ‘in the workshop’ so emailled to ask when it would arrive. They said it’s normally 4 weeks but they’re experiencing delays and said it would be another 10 days. I waited and followed up after 2 weeks, still delayed with no sign of a resolution. This back and forth emailing continued for 3 MONTHS - always responding with vague generic responses. I then read the reviews online and realised everyone else had the same experience. Then I asked for a refund and they suddenly offered me 10% off to keep my order. I replied saying I would only keep it if they could provide ANY IDEA of a delivery date. They responded with a generic email which was word for word the same as 2 months prior which was the final straw. I reported them to my bank and got my money back 2 days later (thank god). Anyway, it’s a full time job chasing this company so I went to Plank Hardware and got the exact same handles 2 days later and they arrived immediately, we’re significantly cheaper and look amazing (and they’re B Corp). ANYWAY - DO NOT order from Meraki, they are scammers. Surprised they haven’t been shut down.

The antique brass door handles I ordered from the Katana collection are stunning. They’re heavy, well-made, and add so much elegance to my home.

The Orbis chandelier I bought is breathtaking. It’s the perfect mix of modern and elegant. Delivery was smooth, and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Ordered drawer pulls from the Grepp collection, and they are fantastic. Solid brass, beautifully designed, and so easy to install. Highly recommend!
