If I can leave 0 stars I would

If I can leave 0 stars I would! Let’s start with the quality of the items. The material is so thin you can see every nook and cranny on your body when you put it on. It was like I basically had nothing on. Then you have to pay for shipping returned items back. I paid $30 in shipping to send back 4 outfits. Lastly, all of the items I tried on were for no more than 2 seconds in front of the mirror just to see how I looked and how see through all of the items were. Upon the company receiving my items they claimed “there was an odor” and were questioning me as to why. Like be for real. All of the items still had tags, were placed back inside of their original bags, placed in the company shipping bag, taped up, and mailed. They did refund me. But I would NEVER EVER buy anything from them again. I have told a bunch of people not to buy from them either. The items take up to 2 weeks maybe 3 to come in since they’re coming from China. SHEIN doesn’t even take that long! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Really bad experience

Really bad experience. I returned the items because they didn’t fit and had to pay 40€ for the return shipping myself. The package was delivered and I provided the tracking number, but I never received a refund.

Customer support is basically non-existent — very poor communication and no real help at all. They keep ignoring the issue and give no clear answers.

I would not recommend this shop. Be very careful before ordering.

High Quality Fashion

I was extremely impressed with my first order from MICAS. Every one of the four items I received were of high quality and looked exactly like the images online. The items were true to size and looked & felt amazing. I will definitely be making more purchases soon.
