I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this site. I placed 2 orders.. The first.. my dress was too BIG.. I tried to get a refund, they told me they would give me 30% off IF I keep the dress.. OK... hmm they sent me a 30% off for a FUTURE purchase.... I bought something else... PACKAGE showed delivered.. NEVER was.. I got the SEEL hassle free insurance and THEY are NOT refunding my money. .NO package and NO money either! I WOULD NEVER purchase from them again and I advise you to do the SAME!!!!!

UK buyers BEWARE. Avoid. Poor quality, worse returns process.

I ordered a denim shirt and skirt set. Delivery time was fine, but the quality and sizing were shocking. The skirt was at least two sizes too small, the shirt two sizes too big, and the smell was overwhelming, genuinely like chemicals.

Trying to return it was even worse. Despite being pushed to download the app, you cannot actually complete a refund in it. You have to request a return and then wait to see if it is approved. There is no proper returns portal or prepaid label. Instead you are given a vague overseas address referenced by a random code rather than a business name.

When I took the parcel to the Post Office, they advised it might not even be deliverable because the recipient is listed as a code, not a company. On top of that, the cheapest tracked postage was £29, almost half the cost of the outfit itself.

I now understand why they repeatedly offered discounts to keep the items. Returning them is so expensive and awkward that it feels designed to put customers off.

Between the poor quality, inconsistent sizing, chemical smell, and borderline unusable returns process, this has been a terrible experience. UK customers especially should be aware. I would not recommend shopping here.

I love the items I received the way the items look and feel are wonderful. The shipping is slow but the notification on the tracking was everything. Will be shopping from you again

Customer service is appalling. Ordering to the UK. The item I recieved was ill-fitting despite me carefully looking at their sizing guide before ordering (no worries, sometimes this happens when ordering clothes online). Item quality isn't terrible, but in my personal opinion not worth the money paid.

I requested to return it via their returns link, and to update the tracking number when shipped.Unfortunately I could not update the shipping info as although I had already put the refund request through and it had been acknowledged, it doesn't let you do anything after the 14 days since you received the item. I emailed them the tracking number instead. No acknowledgement received. You return items at your own cost, but not only that, when I tracked the parcel I had seen they had rejected to pay the taxes at the other end and it was on its way back to me in the UK! No attempt was made to contact me prior.

Following this I sent them another email about the situation, and nearly a week later, I still have had no response. So now I have paid more money for an item I don't want and no one has had the decency to even acknowledge any of my emails. Absolutely awful customer service and will not be using again.

Beyond the high quality of their products, their designs are thoughtfully tailored to the female body, resulting in pieces that are comfortable, elegant, feminine, and fashionable.

I ordered a few things one of the dresses I ordered twice by mistake and when I tried on it fit terribly on my breast, I contacted the company and actually they don’t have free returns you have to pay it yourself. I would never order from here again even SHEIN has free returns and better fit

Fits well and is so comfy

I honestly thought I would never find an international clothing store better than the ones I already knew… but this one truly surprised me! I absolutely loved the pieces — the design is modern and unique, the fabric feels amazing, and the quality is outstanding. Everything looks and feels so well-made and different from the usual. The quality is nice, fabric feels comfortable on the skin, and the fit is true to size. Definitely something you can wear on repeat. I loved the leather skirt and pant. They are super trendy now a days. Big fan of Micas. Would definitely buy again.

MICAS has been an absolute nightmare. I never received my package, even after purchasing their ‘Worry-Free Purchase’ insurance that they actively encourage you to buy. When I reached out for help, I was told they would not assist unless I provided a written statement from my building’s security team or CCTV footage. That is completely unrealistic and not something most customers can obtain.

I have now been stuck going back and forth between MICAS, the insurance company, and the third-party delivery service for over a week with zero resolution. No one takes accountability, and each party pushes responsibility onto the next. To make matters worse, MICAS even warned me that if I filed a dispute, it would take longer to get my money back (up to 45 days), which feels like a tactic to discourage customers from protecting themselves.

The so-called ‘Worry-Free Purchase’ insurance is misleading. It does not provide peace of mind, protection, or timely support. It feels like an upsell that offers no real value when something actually goes wrong.

This experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and completely unprofessional. I will not be purchasing from MICAS again, and I strongly caution others to think twice before trusting their shipping protection or customer service.

Be very careful ordering from Micas. Returns are extremely difficult. The company is based in China but asks customers to return items to the USA at their own expense, including high postage and customs fees. Customer service is unresponsive. I would not recommend.

I ordered my black Mesh Bustier Corset and It has been my favorite wear ever since. The wiring of the corset perfectly silhouettes the waist frame. I love it.

Clothes came in time , quality is always top tier . Always happy with micas!
