I was skeptical at first but all the products were good quality. I made my friends small gift bags with the makeup bags, scarves, lip gloss, etc and everything was super cute and well received. They make great bargain gifts. Not bad quality. I would compare to Daiso, a little better quality and variety than your typical dollar store or dollar general etc. I will order again.

I ordered around 2 months ago and never received my package because it was returned in the middle of delivery process. I emailed customers service several times but they said the money wouldn't be returned until the package is physically back to the company. every time, same answer for more than one month!!

This is the second time that I’ve ordered from them and my package is late again. It took so long for them to even tell me where my package is. I used the USPS and BHL tracking and was told I was getting my package today. It’s the 12th day, I’m expecting it and waiting but I don’t recommend using them.

They never gave me a tracking number, its been 8 DAYS since i ordered, nextime, i am going to use amazon..
terrible service if i dont get my package in 2 days im going to get a refund...

I’ve been shopping with them since I was 21 and I’m turning 26 next month. Never had an issue , items are great quality & packaging is always secured. Definitely recommend this site and I brag about it a lot. I still have items that I purchased from them years ago. Btw, I just placed another order lol

I ordered on website 2 weeks ago and i've never received a confirmed email or tracking number, im so confused because they took my money but never send me anything.

I ordered 2 months ago, paid 50 euro and never received my package because it was returned when it got to the redistribution centre because of some products in the packeage. I emailed customers service but they said the money isn't returned until the package is physically back to the company. It's been 2 MONTHS! Also, what kind of policy is this, not returning the money until the package is returned, I have never seen this in any other shops. Would not recommend, the products may be cheaper but the policies are strange

I ordered on 12-30-2020, they sent me an email with a tracking number but it says "usps awaiting package." I've contacted them several times and they are absolutely no help, all they do is send out an automated email telling me what their shipping policies are. Its now been almost two months later and still haven't received anything, package is still sitting in limbo. I've read very mixed things about this company, some people have good experiences but most people have bad experiences. I don't care how cheap or good their products are, I will never order from them again.

I love, i have ao many years ordert from that website and never I haven’t an issue, sometimes the shipping is late, but they send me an email saying what is happening. I highly recommend

I just received my package from Miss A. It was my first time ordering. The delivery was right on time. I can’t say enough about this company! Most of my items were $1.00. These are not sample sizes or junky. They all look high end. The items are packaged very well and the directions for each are in English. All items were secured inside a massive bubble wrap envelope. Everything was in perfect condition. I am in love with all my new stuff. I am calling all of my friends to tell them to order!

I ordered the "misa plushy" and you won't BELIEVE what happend! I ordered the day before my birthday, and it said "Ships around 6 days" so i though (Oh it will come a few days later) so the next day its my birthday I do birthday stuff" and 6 days later it was a friday so i excited so After school i waited by my door -IT NEVER CAME- it was A year later, and i forgot about it-...guess what finally came....

I ordered 40 dollars worth of products in August 2019, ask me if I have received them.
I haven't. I mailed them multiple times about how I never received my package, and they said that they needed the postal service to mail it back to them so they could issue a refund.
I never got a refund and it's 2021. :)

Love love love! Most items are $1 and the ones that aren’t are all reasonably priced. If you go in with the right expectations you will be pleasantly surprised by all products from this lovely company! Everything I’ve purchased from lipstick to eyeliner to scarves have been excellent!

I ordered a package in june 2020, now it’s january 2021 and i haven’t gotten it yet. i have not gotten my money back ether.

Really good stuff for how cheap it is ! Took about 10 days for shipping and you really just have to pick the right products! I got everything I picked out and you can’t complain about cheap things like this !

I actually haven’t recieved my package yet, but they have an Instagram page (@shopmissa) and I direct messaged them to ask them a couple questions about my order and they responded within hours and they were super sweet! Great communication and excellent customer service. Also, if you look at their Instagram posts you see they respond to all of their comments so you know they care about their customers. Love them already!

I love the products that I can purchase as inexpensive customer gifts. But the shipping and customer service is HIDEOUS. I live literally 20 minutes from the shipping facility and it takes FOREVER to get my packages (they use DHL). Right now I have one that has not moved in two full weeks since being picked up by DHL and customer service at Shop Miss A won't help me until it has been gone another two weeks. DHL won't help me as they say the shipper has to file a trace. I have a customer appreciation event that I now have no gifts available for! So I'll have to shop on Amazon. I will never again trust them to get something on time. If I don't care if I receive it in a few months, then maybe. You know the package is missing, just do the dang trace! Even DHL says 10 days...you are making me wait a full month. STUPID.

I see a lot of people on here basically just throwing immature whiny hissy fits that have more to do with poor shipping during Co-vid that the company has no control over and a lot of which seems to have to do with import practices in their home countries. (Which of course are going to have problems during a pandemic).

However my experiences with shopmissa has been largely positive. There have been a few times the US postal service lost my package in the mail for a while but I have always received them. Any products that came damaged were quickly refunded when I went through the proper channels and while the general "dollar store" brands they carry can be hit or miss I've loved almost everything from Shopmissa's home AOA brand.

I've been waiting and waiting for my package and it never arrived. I also received a tracking number with no updates since 12th of October. And now when I try to track it DHL says it doesnt exist so I want to believe this company is a scam so DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I have never had an issue with this website. I always get my orders within a week, and none of the products have ever been subpar? I adore the eyeliner, beauty blenders, and lipstick. The foundation also always looks great, as well as the falsies and the contour! This has become one of the only places I buy makeup now. Thank you!
