This place is not worth it

This place is not worth it. The stuff is cheap and the customer service is cheaper. I placed and order for around 20$ of stuff 3 weeks ago. I got an email saying my address was wrong (its student apartments so the address looks a little weird but no different than any other apartment) i also constantly have stuff shipped here and have never had a problem. My tracking said the order was delivered (which I thought was odd because we have the same mailman and he always puts packages in the office because the mailboxes are so small, the office will then send you and email saying they have your package.) i went and checked my mail box and no package I waited a few days and then contacted them. Long story short they said they don’t have to do refunds because the package was delivered to contact usps. I contacted my usps (who would have handled the package) and they said they have no record of this tracking number? Did the company fake the tracking number? Either way I did not receive my order therefore the customer service should have issued a refund. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with this website.

Poor service each time :/

I have ordered 3 times from the company since 2016. Every single package has arrived late. Also, shipping doesn’t include fulfillment. They took 4 days to fulfill my most recent order. I ordered my package a week ago from today and it’s still @ their center which is in Texas. The other day I was refunded a dollar from the company so I’m assuming that one of the items was sold out and that was compensation. But I was never informed which item it is so it’s a mystery. At this point, I don’t know when my package will arrive or when it will even move from the spot it started at :/

I sound petty but I just don’t care

I sound petty but I just don’t care. I didn’t receive one of the items that I ordered and instead of them just refunding me for that 1 item or offering to reship it they gave me a $1 credit for “the next time I shop there”. It wasn’t my mistake it was theirs so why not just make it right instead of trying to get me to come back and pay another $4 shopping fee.

Great company

I've ordered from here twice, the first time was a small amount of items, the second time was a much larger amount (30+ items.) All products were exactly what I ordered.

Some of the products aren't very good, but at $1 each, I wasn't surprised or upset. Some of the other products are much better than you would expect for the price. Some things have actually become regulars in my makeup routine.

I like that they don't delete or remove bad reviews on their products. It helps when deciding what to buy. I haven't returned anything, so I'm not sure if their returns are okay.

BEWARE: do not buy

Terrible shipping and customer service.
Purchased an order on April 2018 + paid international shipping to Australia
NO confirmation, shipping date, estimate etc...
Not hearing anything from them until AUGUST 2018 saying that the parcel has returned to their warehouse. They offered me either a refund MINUS shipping fee or PAY international shipping AGAIN for them to send it out again.
I did not accept neither option because I did not find any of these option satisfactory. I requested to spea to their manager/ supervisor. They then issued a refund MINUS shipping fee.
I paid shipping fee for something I did not know whether was shipped or not, but never received
BEWARE INTERNATIONAL BUYER: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SHOP MISS A IF YOURE NOT FROM THE US

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered back in March 2018. Ordered $60aud worth of stuff. They emailed straight away stating that my address was wrong and that it didn’t even show up on google search?(I get stuff delivered to that same address ALL THE TIME so it definitely is on google maps) anyways it’s july now. Wondering where my stuff was I checked the previous correspondance in regards to the addresses confirmed as I had an inkling that maybe the address was wrong. So In the correspondance i sent the correct address and then they confirmed a different address when they returned my email. So like I said it’s now July And we are just going back and forth in emails and I had to send a screen shot showing that the suburb they sent it too was 3 suburbs over so they sent it to the wrong address clearly! Now I’m requesting a refund or for them to send out the order again. I’m only asking for what I paid for. Why should this be so hard?! Seriously the customer service is frustrating. Wouldn’t reccommend purchasing from here regardless the price. Just not worth it

Decent

I've made two purchases from the site within the last five months and while some of the stuff is what you expect for $1 some of the makeup is complete garbage. Most of the lipsticks I ordered were sticky, barely pigmented, and took forever to dry if you kept your mouth stationary. But I did order a few random accessories and was pleasantly surprised. However, the keychains that I did order had broken chains after a few days. While it's not too good to be true type of thing you will definitely have a few hits and misses every time.

I could have swore I bought 16 items…

I could have swore I bought 16 items but I got 13 and the only item I actually liked item came broken. Its not worth the hassle to contact them over the missing items I definitely would not purchase again anything from this company you get what you pay for and this is cheap crap.

I liked most of the stuff but I wish…

I liked most of the stuff but I wish more of your products were pigmented more.Not all dry looking but other than that Shop Miss A is a winner! And the fact that everything is a dollar .unless you purchase sets of something! I will be back and purchasing more. But I have already ordered somemore stuff just waiting for it to be full filled.it still says unfulfilled🤔😶🙄

Horrible company!

Horrible company!! Made an order in October 2017 and still didn't receive it, when I asked for a refund, they just ignored my emails. Will never use them again. Scammers.

Skeptical, but pleasantly suprised!!!

At the beginning, by reading the reviews, I was skeptical... But I said to myself why not, at worst, am only gonna lose a few dollars! I live in Canada and everything was ship in 2 weeks! Everything was there (6 items) and I was pleasantly suprised about the quality of the products, considering the fact that everything was 1$!

International shipping takes forever

I live in Canada and it took over 2 months for my order to arrive once it was shipped, well over the allotted 27 business days that they state on their website. They use DHL but for some reason are unable to provide international tracking information. I ordered some liquid lipsticks and some highlighters which were not too bad for the price that was paid. I would not order from them again though, the shipping time takes way to long.

shipping is so slow

shipping is so slow. i'm in the US, and it's still taken well over 10 days. they use DHL, the worst, slowest shipping provider, yet somehow charge baseline USPS for shipping. it's so they can make extra and overcharge for shipping.

even if you happen to like their makeup, if you run out, the shipping is so long you find yourself at the drugstore. don't even bother.

Shop Miss A gets an A+!

I've had absolutely no problems with Shop Miss A.
Standard shipping time is 7-10 business days, but I usually get mine within 3-4. For how inexpensive cost was, the quality is great. I've ordered a few times now, and I've always received my items packaged beautifully. Absolutely love it!

package never came..

The first time I ordered here it was great and everything came fast and i loved it all! The second time I ordered my things NEVER arrived. I emailed them about them and they said to wait another 24 hours just incase, and after we would discuss “options” . I waited 48 hours and emailed them again saying what could we do about it now. I never heard back from them. Emailed them about 3-4 times and no replied. I never got my package or a refund. I really enjoyed the site and would want to use again if I had got an answer to any of my emails.

I love Shop Miss A ! I've ordered 4 times from them already and I'm still gonna order more. The only perk is that they are always sold out on some good stuff 😢😂
