Rahul's attention to detail and care in making sure I got everything I needed was above and beyond. Usually you place an order with a company and hope you ordered the right stuff. Rahul emailed me after I placed my order to double check that the gear matched with my lenses, and adjusted my order to make sure everything fit together. He was even able to get me a pouch I needed that was not listed on the website. I've never had that kind of specialized treatment before, it felt like he really cared, and I'm very grateful.

Bought some stuff at the start of July, including back ordered items. Opted for the shipment protection and return hassle free returns just in case and it truly works as advertised.

Between the things that I bought were a Padded Camera Wrap and a Battery Organizer , they were really well made, but weren't what I was looking for so back they went to Moment. Only had to navigate the site to the returns page and set things up there, no emails or anything else, 10/10.

Next were some Peak Design straps that have been in backorder for weeks, the team allowed me to swap out part of my order for another one which was in stock (that shipped promptly) and cancelled the second one since Peak Design released new colors and they wouldn't be stocking those colors just yet.

The whole interaction took a few days via email, their responses weren't too delayed, they were very helpful at giving options and at answering my questions, definitely would purchase from them again and will be recommending the page to friends that might be interested in their wares.

I’ve been using Moment lenses with my iPhone 11 and 13, and the difference in image quality is truly impressive. The build feels solid and premium, and the optics are noticeably sharper compared to any other mobile lens I’ve tried. I especially loved experimenting with anamorphic lens and ND/CPL filters — they’ve taken both my photography and videography to the next level. The setup with the Moment case is quick and simple, which made it easy to keep lenses with me everywhere: at work, on vacation, or just shooting at home.

Recently, I switched from iPhone to Samsung (please don’t throw stones 😅) and Moment had me covered. Thanks to their quick support team and Trade-In Program, I was able to return my 3 lenses and get solid credit toward upgrading for my new phone. That’s what I call excellent customer care — truly a 100% customer-first approach.
