This company ‘appeared’ to be based in the U.K. as pricing showed in GBP on their website.
However, upon proceeding with an order via Applepay the cost doubled due to £30 of postage costs…making it apparent the store is in the US.
The order confirmation I received included an email address to contact them, so I sent a request to cancel the order straight away. I then received an email undeliverable response…so tried again and got another undeliverable response.
I’ve tried to call the company, their line has a voice message saying only contact them via email. I found a different email on their website…tried that without response. I’ve messaged them on Facebook and again received no response.
From checking other reviews online it appears this is a recurrent issue…nobody can contact this company and they don’t respond to any requests.
It appears multiple consumers have basically placed orders and never received goods as well…with the Better Business Bureau in the USA unable to ‘locate’ this company.
Avoid at all costs.
