Firstly the order took too long to arrive due to a supply issue I think ?
Then I think there is another part for holding the visor in position that I should have also ordered in addition to what I ordered and now until I order it what I have got is useless.

A great price, a fair delivery charge (unlike many other companies) and quickly delivered.

MTN Shop surprised me greatly as they supply my favourite aircraft, oil Phillips 66, 20w50. To ensure that this was not a once off fluke I ordered a second case (containing 12 x 1 litre containers), that was delivered promptly. I am very happy with not alone the great service and ease of payment but that MTN can supply what I cannot obtain easily elsewhere in the EU.

MTN is a great on line shop I was able to get exactly the make and the product I wanted at a decent price and there delivery was really fast and Secure too, Their customers Sevice was superb and they kept me up to speed every step of the way until delivery. Not a supplier I will use again, & poor customer service experience.
My experience was that they acted as if they were stocking the items themselves, and arranging delivery from a nearby 3rd party courier. Whereas the in-reality items were shipped directly from the manufacturer to me. I paid slightly less for the items with MTN, when compared to their competitors, but more than double for the delivery. My experience: Vague timescales, poor communication and myself left doing the chasing. Their 2–7-day delivery period lapsed and the delivery was late. When it arrived, part of it missing with little information as to when the remaining items were to arrive. Turns out they failed to write my company name on the order when passing it to the manufacturer for sending, so it meant part of the order got returned to the courier depot. Ended up having to bypass MTN completely and talked to the manufacturer’s sales team direct. The manufacturer were super helpful and promptly located the late/missing order and managed to revise the delivery details with the courier.
My advice and review is based on my experience and my personal opinion: If you need customer service, a trusted supplier and for your order to arrive on time, possibly pay a little more for the items, save yourself time and get a better service elsewhere with another supplier.

I could not get in contact with anyone to return items that were too small. Waited 5 days

Small part of the appliance was damaged when received. Emailed supplier who immediately responded. A new appliance was dispatched the next day and collection of the damaged one arranged. Excellent aftersales service which is hard to find in this day & age. Highly recommended.

Disappointing experience. I had to make three separate phone calls just to follow up on my order. I was repeatedly promised return calls with updates, but none ever came. The team couldn’t even locate where the order was. Eventually, they resent another product, but only after significant effort on my part. This level of follow-through and communication is unacceptable.
