I ordered these sandals which I thought were beautiful and which I thought would be perfect for the occasion. Unfortunately I needed to return them bc I failed to check the heel height so when they arrived the heel was higher than I wanted it to be. I reached out to them and they tried to work with me to see if there was anything they could do to make sure I had a positive resolution and happy customer. They gave me several options to make it right. I received a great customer service experience and positive outcome. Really satisfied customer and a place where I know it’s safe to order from in the future. Thank you so very much for going far and beyond my expectations.

I LOVE SHOES So I ordered 3 pair of shoes so excited! 2 are not fitting and so I wanted to exchange - they will not respond and then they want pictures of how they don't fit! There are to many cute shoe companies out there to waste your time with such terrible customer service! BUYER BEWARE!
UPDATE - Now that I posted this review - they are interested in helping me - a month later and are asking for the same information I have already provided - with pictures which I have already provided as well? Terrible - horrible customer service!

Found newbella via IG and gave it a shot. First pair of shoes were a little to big unfortunately but the customer service could help me easily. 5 stars for their customer service.

I ordered shoes that were a bit tight and the customer sales team were really helpful in seeing if I could exchange my shoes. Unfortunately this wasn’t possible so they arranged for me to receive a full refund, they were super helpful, and took me through all options available as well as being quick at responding to my queries

I accidentally got one size too small but the team really helped me get the right size. They are so helpful and the actual product itself is phenomenal. I would highly recommend these shoes. And the issue was resolved within a day. How amazing is that? Highly recommend!

I ordered a pair of shoes in November they came damaged and I wasn't offered a refund or the opportunity to return .Against my better judgement I ordered some boots which after 2 months you said they were out of stock I was then promised a refund which never arrived.
Website says easy returns lies.
I said I didn't want anymore items you still refuse to refund my money and you owe me £50

The boots I received were extremely poor quality. I could not return them bc of shipping costs. They were around $30 dollars the customer service was nice. They refunded me $10. Whatever 🤷🏻♀️
