I also was scammed. I ordered two samples which took forever to arrive. They then started charging me $45.99 twice each month and will not respond to any emails not to charge me. They never even sent the products they charged me for. I had to cancel my card and dispute the charges with my bank! This company is crap!

Like many I got duped into buying from their site which has one of the worst refund/return policy. No refunds after 6 hours? I guess after 6 hours people start to realize it’s quite a scam. I was fed a lie that the post office wasn’t taking bulk orders. I haven’t had to wait 12 days before just for something to shipped even with COVID. Mind you it hasn’t shipped yet either. What’s more likely is it’s coming from China first and then they ship it to you. What I find funny is they state explicitly ALL orders ship in 24 hours. I wish I could have had a better experience with this company and tried out their beard straightener but to pay $20+ on shipping to only wait what is probably weeks or months for it is bull. And the likelihood it costs anymore than $5 to ship is a joke. Scam company with scam policies that probably hope you use a debit card so it’s harder to get your money back or forget you ordered it and never ship your product. F-

Update: they someone put me in a subscription service and despite emails and texts they have yet to cancel my subscription despite being told it was canceled I’m STILL getting billed. Lucky it’s a credit card and have successfully issued chargebacks on them (3 times so far)... I even changed my billing/shipping address to something completely wrong and they still managed around it.
