The pegs aren't big enough to get a socket to tighten them. Should've come with a socket that actually fits in the pegs.👎

Bought some Torstein DC shoes that have been discontinued. Shipping was super fast.

I was worried about import tax as it was hard to tell what country this shop was based in. I didnt pull the trigger until i was sure i couldnt find the product elsewhere. Turns out they were based in Canada (which was what I was looking for). Happy it all worked out, I will shop here again :)

Fast shipping. Good looking item however it was listed as Asian fit and there doesn’t seem to be any extra padding in nose bridge to make it Asian fit. There is a huge gap under nose area. Do not buy this item if you have a low nose bridge it will not fit right.

The Trackings are going wrong i aint getting any response to my e mails and was told my package in express post would arrive on december 1 or 2 but at this day december 5ft my package aint even out for delivery yet!

Well the tuque itself is beautifully made and colour is perfect. It feels good on my head and keeps my ears warm.

I Ordered a bike in October 2021 with the expected arrival date in May, but didn’t receive it until October 2022.

I contacted Customer Service to cancel the order, but was told I would loose my $200 deposit,

Customer Service sounds Friendly on the phone But every time i contacted them i got a different story, they basically say whatever it takes to get me to hang up.

After the bike arrived to the store, it took over a month to ship out because it couldn’t be shipped to my home & had to go to a local bike store for assembly, none of this was mentioned at time of purchase.

Don’t think of purchasing anything from Nomads, just go to your local Bike Store.
