I ordered a gift for my husband which was sent with Royal Mail who said that it was delivered however I did not receive the package.
I reached out the shopbshine through email on a Sunday evening to ask about next steps, although I know this mistake was no fault of theirs. By the time I had finished work on Monday I had received 2 email replies. The first letting me know that they had been contacted by a kind stranger who had received my order and so they could send me out a new one today. And then the second, before I had chance to reply, letting me know they had resent my order already with dpd this time and it would be with me the next day.
I can’t praise shopnshine enough for their efficiency at fixing this problem which was in no way their fault.
I will definitely be ordering from them again in future.
