Small H&M clothing order in a flexible bag. Actual weight: 0.7 kg. They billed it as 34 × 29 × 6 cm, making volumetric weight over 1 kg and raising the shipping cost.
When I received it, I measured 30 × 25 × 4 cm (I have photos with ruler). Using their own formula, volumetric weight is 0.6 kg. It should have been billed by actual weight, 0.7 kg, not inflated dimensions.
I submitted photos and requested a refund. They refused, hiding behind “measurement rules.”
Charged: €30.64
Correct rate: €26.60
Package arrived, but payment is required before shipping, and they can arbitrarily inflate your cost. Not trustworthy.

My parcel (ID 341539) was delivered to their warehouse on 13 January and still has not been shipped.
The parcel was sent to the wrong warehouse, tracking numbers have been changed multiple times, GLS shows no activity, and communication has been slow or automated.
Overall, everything about this service has been extremely poor.
**BEWARE SLIPPERY SCAMMERS **
when your parcel arrives you choose a shipping method with cost ...i picked fed ex with a €57 costing to ship ...when they prepared my order they issued me with a total €145 bill to ship a childs toy plane.
When i questioned them they ghosted me for days ...forced, i made the payment by paypal ... now im making a claim & shutting them off never to deal with them again ...whatever you do...dont use them..you'l be sorry !!
I had wanted a handbag from Italy for some time, it was massively reduced but they wouldn't ship to the UK so I signed up to obtain the Italian address. This was a very easy process. Ordered the bag, created a 'new inbound' on the shopogolic website so they knew to expect the item. At this point I was asked to select a delivery method but there were no prices, all fields had a £0 against them (presumably because they hadn't weighed/measured the item yet), I had no idea what delivery company in Italy to use.
Delivery was attempted once but they couldn't gain access to the building but the next day all fine and item was delivered and I was notified. I was thinking so far so good.
Then I received a 90 euro invoice from them! I was shocked. The handbag cost me 70 euros with free postage. When I looked at the invoice the majority of the cost was delivery to the UK which I thought was ridiculous because the bag was just a standard shoulder bag weighing less than 2kg and I was in no hurry to receive it.
I understand if you are using this process there's a risk and if that's the cost then fine but I wanted to check with Shopogolic and this is where I give such a low rating. I tried for over a week to contact them and I have heard absolutely nothing in response. I sent emails, filled in the online contact form and used the chat facility - I was ignored. The phone number just rings, no answer and no automated message. I cannot fault the Italian end but this side is appalling.
I did receive an email to say that my 10 day free storage was coming to an end and i'd be charged so I have had no choice but to pay the invoice.
I would seriously avoid this company at all costs - if you run into a real issue it will NEVER be resolved and you will NEVER get hold of anyone. You will absolutely be out of pocket and very stressed.
There is no excuse for it, I saw posts that they had moved so there might be a delay but that was over a year ago. The chat facility says online but that's a lie. Also I note they are pretty quick at commenting on negative reviews so why aren't they that quick at responding to queries?!
Take my word for it use someone else or just don't bother at all, I didn't need a bag that bad!
The package was delivered to Shopogolic business address in Poland 30-Dec-2025. On 15-Jan-2026, tracking shows package is in Germany. It took more than a week for Shopogolic to contact me. FedEx was chosen as transportation company. Delivery time is horrible slow. It's faster to ship from China to Norway than from Poland to Norway with FedEx. I'm not impressed at all. I do not recommend using Shopogolic.

Shopologic’s service does work—that’s essentially the only positive. At their Polish address, I was charged extremely high delivery rates; the measured weight was above the actual weight, and I’m convinced they chose the most expensive courier (or at least made me pay for it). I can accept the handling fee, but the pricing is opaque.
I paid immediately as soon as the payment option appeared, yet the parcel was dispatched much later. I later read they may wait to consolidate shipments for a given courier, so I waited patiently—but the delay was disappointing.
Now I have a parcel at their German address to be forwarded. On the photographed label, the weight clearly shows 0.5 kg; they measured 1.15 kg and then applied a “volume weight, kg” of 3.73 kg, which again made the shipping far more expensive than the request I recorded.
Overall, the service felt slow and expensive, and their weight/pricing approach lacks transparency. I’m considering switching to another provider where I don’t feel overcharged at payment and the process is faster and more straightforward.

I will never use Shopogolic Warehouse USA again. They have the worst service in the region. Let's start from the beginning: orders take a very long time to process, several days, during which time items (especially on sale) are sold out and the price is changed. So it's practically impossible to snag a good deal. Then, I needed to return one item from my order, and they cleverly returned the entire order. I ended up without items that were no longer available for ordering (thank you very much, it was a pleasure doing business with you). Naturally, no one refunded the commission I paid for the order. So, I ended up with no items and in the red, thank you again. And finally, communication between the buyer and the warehouse is practically nonexistent; no one reads the order comments. For example, I placed an order, and the purchase naturally occurred a few days later. During this time, the store prices dropped, and I found a promo code and included it in the order comments to request a recalculation and a refund. So, these smart guys managed to buy it at the old price, even though that's impossible since the store prices had dropped. I conclude they pocketed the difference. If anyone responsible for the US warehouse is reading this review, please investigate and compensate for any emotional distress. Customer ID: RU65641

Very bad exp with this company. My laptops were delivered to German warehouse 1 month ago and still not shipped. I ordered 3 laptops like NY presents more then 1 month ago to got it before NY, but looks like its not possible. They tried to send it to Kazahstan more then 1 month after delivery fee was paid.. After 1 month they said they can ship there only from Italy. I said, cancel this del please, i ready to pay again, ship it to Estonia , please. But they again not answer withn a week.. I needed a coat from germany where the company wouldnt accept payment or send to uk addresses. I sent my order to shopogolic, they emailed me a link to pay and ordered my product on my behalf. They emailed me every step of the way and there were no issues whatsoever. I ordered item 26th nov and it arrived 4th december from fedex. This is a brilliant service that saved me a trip to germany. I admit I was a bit worried after reading some of the negative reviews here, but in my case everything went smoothly.
I do have a minor comment on the web UX/UI — I find it confusing.
It wasn’t, and still isn’t, clear to me whether creating the parcel after sending my package is required or just an optional step.
After the parcel was confirmed, it also wasn’t clear whether I needed to take any additional steps to be able to pay, or simply wait (and for how long) for the invoice to be issued.
Now that I’ve gone through the whole process, everything makes sense, but it could have been communicated more clearly.

I have shipped with Shopogolic for few years, but recently I was so disappointed by their service. My parcel was in "sent" status with label been created on Monday, but four days passed, the parce has not been handled to Fedex yet and the shipping from information is wrong. That means the parcel has lost or they lie about the shipping. I contacted them via live chat and phone call but no one is avaliable for help.

Customer service, which may be based in the UK, was helpful determining the delay issues; but, ultimately, customer service could not directly intercede to get the packages out of Zaścianki more quickly. It was two weeks after FedEx labels were issued that the packages actually departed the warehouse.

Very sad to have to write this review. I had previous orders with them, they went smoothly, however, I always noticed even previously that if for any case you need to reach them for any requests ...etc the communication is dreadful frustration.
Recently ordered two orders from amazon Germany, sent them to their German warehouse, intended to be sent from there to Ukraine for a friend for some occasion as a gift. The first shipment arrived as order MF702906 and didn't need OTP although I have created in advance an order in the order list in anticipation of its arrival to their German warehouse with OTP posted on day of delivery for their use if they were asked for it. As I understood from amazon delivery note, it was delivered without asking for the OTP eventually and that is why the delivery went very smooth for this shipment. So the order updated in shopogolic as "received & ready" and its weight noted as 5.5 kg.
The other amazon order was of higher value items (3 items=802.89 Euro), amazon attempted first attempt to deliver, shopogolic didn't notice my posted anticipated order MF702900 for this shipment and the OTP posted there, so attempt 1 failed. I wrote to them in chat, gave the newer OTP the next day, they promised and affirmed they passed it to warehouse staff but again staff there didn't have a clue when delivery came to their warehouse so attempt 2 failed. Wrote to them again in chat (and always chat is either offline or busy and you get the reply late after you post the question, abstract replies and in many cases as noted by other customers reviews seems they don't check history of same case in the same chat, nor care to understand all the explained, seems they read first message you write same day and even not address the other messages content it is like their responses to you is favor and best effort only, also replies not written in professional politely care for customer language, very sad that customer service in such company will let the experience down to this extent, incompetent and careless, not interested in job or overloaded staff might be also the case also we don't know), so wrote again and told them that on that day will be the last attempt (attempt 3) to deliver by amazon then amazon will just cancel my order if failed attempt happen. They promised to pass the newer OTP also to staff in warehouse, and finally it got delivered. Appeared as "received & ready" and its weight noted as 1.34 kg.
On the same day, I selected the two orders MF702906 and MF702900 and merged them into parcel ID 321970 and requested and paid for the shipment to Ukraine. After days of wait, when it arrived to my friend yesterday, only the content of MF702906 was in the parcel, the other 3 items of MF702900 (the more expensive 3 items = 802.89 Euro) were not there. Wrote to them since yesterday while they were online -> no reply. Wrote to them email -> no reply. To my surprise, when I went back to the orders page which normally you don’t after you create the parcel you just check the parcel page, in the orders page “somebody” obviously from warehouse side because nobody else has access to my account, created “dispose” request for the expensive box MF702900 (802.89 Euro) and didn’t include it in the parcel to Ukraine !!!!! and guess what, normally “dispose” request will not be executed until you pay for the dispose charge, in this case the dispose and not including in the parcel was executed even with the fees for that service were not paid (obviously because I didn’t request it and will not pay for it) and still appear in what is called the cart till today. I cannot be sure what happened is stealing the box with its valuables but this is too suspicious really and sad decline to even further levels by this company.

I do confirm that by direct communication emails+chat, the lost box was found, sent on their expense and received by friend.
However, I still feel this company has three main problems :
1) a real problem in the communications means being too slow and frustrating to customers. They say that they have dedicated staff for enquiries in English and those are less staff and not always available. This is unjustifiable in the era of advanced immediate translators which all companies seem to use nowadays in their chat facility ...etc. This is way below the industry strandard and way below the superior level of this company in almost all other aspects except communication and customer care. e.g. web site is excellent.
2) chat staff they just don't read all what customer ask about and just answer any question from the questions or just reply with copy-paste. Many replies are too abstract make them sound rude.
3) Inbound order notes customer can post OTP for shipments that require OTP but warehouse staff NOT CARE TO CHECK THEM causing failed deliveries

I can’t possibly begin to write about all my negative experiences with shopagplic services. THE WORST is I am still waiting for a package that was to be forwarded from Turkey on July 31. 2025, which is now missing and they refused to honor the insurance that I purchased. Apparently I have wasted hundreds of dollars purchasing insurance on every package I’ve ever afforded because they don’t intend to ever honor it if there’s an issue. The support is very hard to reach as you can leave messages and they hardly ever respond and if they do respond, it’s usually a vague answer that really doesn’t answer your question. There are rude, unhelpful and I would strongly advise not to use their services.

I had a very negative experience with this freight forwarding company. After paying for their services to ship my valuable parcel, I was later informed that the parcel had been discarded because it was not claimed for over a month. This was done without proper notice or authorization. I feel misled and treated unfairly, and I intend to take legal action to resolve the matter. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.
