I’ve been using different ones for an alternative to fda products and I notice a huge difference. They all taste like sugar too. I see a lot of negative reviews because people can’t understand how to use the tube. You flip it upside down and twist the tube back and forth while holding the little cap until you see the quantity you want in the cap part. Keep it upside down and pull being careful with the cap with the balls in them but honestly I never have issues with spilling.. Wallah. You’re welcome. ☺️

I’m having great difficulty getting the remedy out of the cylinder containers that house the pellets …
Any suggestions from anyone…

I have been ordering from Ollois for quite some time and have never had a problem until my most recent two orders. I placed two orders in one night. I never received the orders and the USPS tracking stated that they were delivered in Philadelphia, PA. I do not live in PA. I contacted Ollois customer service and provided screen shots of my orders and tracking info. Nyree got back to me and told me that they were going to be re-sending the orders via FedEx that night and that they would send me updated tracking info. 8 days later, I still had not received any tracking info, even after emailing asking for it, nor had I received either of my orders, so I emailed again. He responded with a fed ex tracking info link. I click it and see that the package was delivered yet again, to another state. I email them to let them know and am told that they have now issued a refund for BOTH orders. I receive an email refund notification for ONE of the orders and it is not even for the full amount. I never received a refund notification for the other order. I promptly emailed them to let them know and got no answer. To date, I have received a partial refund for one order, and no refund for the other and ZERO product from either order. Absolutely awful customer service and something must be wrong with their shipping. I find it hard to believe that USPS and FedEx both delivered my packages from them to the wrong state. Meanwhile, I'm having no trouble receiving packages from other shippers. If they just refunded me properly after all of this mess, I wouldn't even be that upset.

The vials are very hard to open. I tried to contact customer service several times with absolutely no response. Finally kept yanking on the top til it came off but I was afraid I would break the tube. Anyway, not happy with customer service response but haven't tried the product yet.
