I ordered a leather wallet for Ipod-5, they sent a jelly type cover for a larger product.order#51297460.So far they want me to sent item back and pay for shipping. They will not admit that they sent wrong item,or even offer to send correct item. E-mails appear canned. Return or exchange item choices given, To give appearance it is your fault, now you pay for shipping. Instead of sorry our bad, here's your correct item, and return shipping. STAY away.

Bought a phone case for Samsung Galaxy S7 & the case they sent was too big, after e mailing continuosly with no reply I had to raise a paypal dispute, they did not respond to their e mails either & I have just received a refund through paypal. Buy at your own risk folks.

I ordered a Qi wireless charger, they sent me the wrong one. I emailed them telling them they did not send me the one I ordered. They sent me a email back with return address for me to ship back to them. But they wanted me to pay for the return shipping, when they made the mistake and shipped me wrong product. When I sent another email asking why I need to pay for shipping to return it when they made mistake, they have not replied to that question.
Its fine making a mistake, but for me to pay for their mistake, not right!

Will not shop at this store again.

Ordered from them and didn't receive my full order. Have tried messaging then and no response.

Ordered blingy phone case started to fall apart as I unwrapped it..now a lot of the diamantés fallen off....messaged the Co twice NO reply.

Sent the wrong case. Different to the one in the photograph. Said I'm responsible for return postage from UK to US so not cost effective. Created a number of support calls but they are either ignored or not answered properly. Complete rip off merchants. Avoid like the plague.

I feel ripped off

I ordered 2 cases which I did not receive. I tried to contact them through their stupid contact us page 3 times and they never got back to me. I am beginning to think they are a scam.

This company cancelled my order (luckily refunded me, too) without any communication. This therefore means I am without a Christmas present for one of my relatives. I'm incredibly upset, I messaged them asking why they cancelled it and all I got in reply was 'we are out of stock'. Bad communication, and all I got as receipt was the PayPal one, to a company not even associated with their website name.
