Got several items from this shop. The delivery was very fast from the US? To Germany. The items were all of very good quality as described

I ordered online. I immediately received the order confirmation. And within 48 hours I received the package. The product was very wel protected for shipping. And also several samples were added. I definitely will order more product in the future.

Do not buy from them, please, fast delivery, but they are thieves. They did not mention the delivery, which cost me 65 pounds to DHL. Note that I chose the other delivery company mentioned on their website, and I paid for the delivery in advance, then I had to pay again. The perfume became more expensive than its price in the United Kingdom!!!!! In addition, they do not respond to correspondence via email at all. I buy from any other company, but certainly not this one.

I've ordered from them multiple times and have never had an issue with shipping or packaging. Their candle prices are amazing and so much better than here in the US. Shipping has always been a flat fee of $28 and through DHL I've had my packages at my door within 3 days - buying from US based stores can take well over a week! I'll happily continue to purchase from them!

I ordered a beautiful glass vase candle from Baobab last October. The box was not labeled as Fragile and arrived broken.
I emailed back and forth for 5.5 months and finally received a refund through PayPal’s resolution centre.
Customer service is a joke. Emails are ignored and they accept no responsibility for their mistakes.
I am sorry I ordered from them. They caused a lot of stress and took up a lot of my time over almost 6 months.

I have ordered one perfume and I have received it in great condition and received samples with it from different perfumes.
Fast delivery to Saudi Arabia. Received it in 8 days.
Customer care responded to my questions in fair time.
I recommend it 👍👍

They reached back to me again and still no solution. NO SOLUTION!!! It’s been well over 3 months. Every company I know puts customers as a priority. If something happened to an order, I know some good companies will step in and solve the issue because they want that customer to come back and shop again with them.
They claim I threatened them (which I never did, I have screenshots of all the messages I sent), and THEY WERE THE ONES WHO BLOCKED ME!!! Now base your judgement on that. Shopping with them will give you a migraine. Till today, I haven’t received the package nor the money I spent. And I have reached the point where I’m no longer interested in the money or package. They wore me out.

Hi, I ordered from your website on 10th of September 2022, order number 102523. No email confirmation has been received since I placed the order. My order status says "In transit". I've sent several email and chasers to your contact inbox and still no acknowledgement let alone a response. I'm about to raise a dispute with PayPal for this transaction and thought I'd give it one more try here hopefully someone might get back to me...

Surprise surprise... package was delivered today, of course I had to pay customs charge of £56! Fix your communication!

Edit: I just found out that my partner had to pay an extra £50 customs charges just to have this delivered.

I’ve bought from this site more that 5 times and everything was perfect, all products are genuine and at good prices. The only problem is postage after Brexit depending what’s the amount of orders you’ll have to pay vat in Uk for all the orders exceed 135£. This fact wasn’t mentioned on their site and I had to pay more then 60£ for an order of more then 300€. I had to search for this infos because like I said is nothing in their site and my order was stacked on Uk depo and no one tried to contact me regarding this. Probably I will order again in the future but I will use another destination country

Received my MFK B 540 in such immaculate condition like you would buy from shop, packaged very well. Smells beautifully amazing squirted two long presses onto my hand throughout day I wash my hands took a shower was still able to smell a little of it which is good for me the long jevity is there However this is an EDP which should be a strong smell after one squirt I can smell the power of the scent but then lingures for only a while overall amazing also received quite a lot of tester actually which was a bonus!

Premiere Avenue is the best place for amazing niche perfumery. Huge variety of scented wonders and also skincare and home scents. But this is not the most important. The most important part is the whole experience, especially when you have the help of their passionate, professional staff. They are the most helpful, polite and positive people to deal with in this world of internet commerce. Messages are replied instantly and a solution and orientation is promptly given, tailored to your needs. A special mention here to their lovely SA Humbert, who guided me thru a "perfumed dilemma" with his knowledge and advice. Plus... the orders will arrive super-fast and your package full of scented samples for you to delight in.
They will be my providers from now on, and I buy a lot of perfumes via internet. Premiere Avenue, mon Premier Choix. Merci!!!

Has anyone dealt with a tracking number that states the parcel has been delivered?
They have yet to respond to my emails.
I’ve entered the tracking number into parcel monitor and it says it is en route.
Will I receive my package?? It’s been nearly a month since ordering two perfumes for 225€.

Wow!!! That’s my first review ever in my lift. But they absolutely deserve it! I order a perfume which first of all was £70 cheaper than in UK! I palcebd an order on Su day late evening, and on Thursday 9 am I received my perfume, amazing packed and lots of samples ! Thank you !! Will definitely order again and recommend to my friends!!!

Excellent, 5 star rating is not enough. I’ve ordered an MFK perfume from them and it arrived so quickly from the day i ordered, just 6 days despite of our situation right now because of this pandemic unlike those previous purchase from other shop that worries me so much and it takes almost a month to arrived. Great job to Colissimo and Parcelforce for giving me an accurate tracking and deliver my parcel so quickly. The parcel packed so nicely and safely plus 3 samples of other niche perfumes. It was a smooth transaction and I couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely order from this shop again, infact i was searching now for my 2nd purchase but unfortunately the one that i’m planning to buy is out of stock as of now which is MFK oud satin mood in a 70ml bottle. Thank you.

They are THE WORST !! Everytime I bought candles on this website the delivery was a problem !! Most of the time the delivery was super slow. From time to time, the carrier couldn't even find my place because of the address (obviously the address was the right one) so the package was sent back to them. Last time i bought candles was on the 1st of December. I decided to buy early before Christmas because there was 2 Christmas gifts in my order so I wanted to be sure to receive my package on time. I could choose between two type of delivery but as there was no explainations about the pro/cons of the two type of delivery I choose the first one. My package was delivered mid January !!!! I sent them multiple emails asking them to do something or to refund me. They refused to refund me saying that its was Covid fault and the carrier waited to have a plane full before sending packages. Dont ask me about that ! For me it’s a lie ! There was always problems with delivery with them way before Covid. So its just an excuse. Plus they should know about the carrier they propose before working with them ! I will never buy with them again !! Very bad customer service !!

Not sure they can speak English nor bother to reply or read any of your messages or emails but definitely busy enough to quickly collect your money.
Bought perfume just over £200 on 6 of Feb 2021 and payment cleared but since I get no invoice no confirmation email!!!
For 3 days I am almost begging them to reply to me and let me know what's going on.they are ignoring me on their website and their Instagram.
WOULD BE MY FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE FROM THEM.
Also will make a complaint.
