The initial delivery of bags was unfortunately creased. After a discussion on the phone and a little 'negotiation' about how a replacement would be provided I am pleased to say that they sent me a new delivery of bags at no cost and I was very satisfied with the replacements.

Great bags although I expected the blue to be darker. Website is like a wholesale. Would be nice to see some reccomendations on website for what will suit best. Also would be good if we could talk to someone and ask for most elegant colour etc. But the product came really quickly and looks nice.

I wasn't sure on the correct size of gift bags to buy, so I rang the company to ask for their advice. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful in helping me select the best size bag to buy for the dimensions of the gift boxes I have. He took my order and the the bags were delivered within a couple of days.

Received product, which was damaged, a replacement for half the quantity was sent out and these were also damaged.
When calling up to complain, the gentleman was rude, aggressive, did not want to listen, said it was not true and hung up on me. I wanted to share the information that these products were damaged and ask what to do about it, i.e. would we organise to have them sent back? He said that damaged products might be the case for a third of the quantity, but not all of them.
I would not recommend this company, and cannot believe the appalling customer service. I deal with hundreds of suppliers, and never encountered one of this awful nature.

The bags were great but to have the logo foiled onto the bags made them extra special and they give that extra luxury look. The artwork upload process and reasonable lead times made the whole process work well. Thanks again we'll be back when the stocks start to run low.
