I rang and was pleased to speak to a real person. Sharon was really helpful and even after me ringing her two days later - she remembered who I was. Stock was checked - the deal was done - the bags were sent overnight. Bingo!

First time experience was not a bad one. But as a returning customer and repeat order the supplier must realise what was the product and should only send the product which is requested. In our case this didn't happen. We were sent something which was similar but not the same. Being in the luxury fashion market it's very pain full. We work along the lines of "perfection or nothing" the bags sent to us were a differnt colour to what we had previously bought and what we had ordered, very disappointing situation.

Sorry, I have no idea what their quality is like. They have not arrived. Ordered on the 21st with a promise of delivery of 1-3 business days, its now the 27th and no delivery and no communication to say they are late.
I will have to chase them. The only thing they are good at is taking your money

I ordered this bags for pastor's coming to my mum's birthday and so I had high expectations and I wanted a lot... slightly expensive but I wanted it anyway. The first set I ordered were out of stock so I got a call from a lovely lady who offered me something nicer and better at the same rate.

I received text messages telling when when it will arrive and it did at the exact time and day. When I opened the box it was just as imagined it. Glossy and and Matt.
I ordered the Gold pyramid and the dark pink rectangular shape.
Nice size and very strong.

Can't wait to hand them out to the pastors

I used this company for the first time to order small bags to be used as a 'goody' bag for a work event. I needed 100 bags so I thought I would look online. I was amazed at the range in colour as I wanted blue but it had to be royal blue and also the size range was brilliant too! There had to be a catch - maybe the prices - but No they were excellent too - really good value. I ordered them on Monday morning and they were delivered Tuesday morning . The quality of the bags is excellent.
