If anything is to go wrong you are out of luck. This is the epitome of horrendous customer support. They have a phone number but it goes to automated response, email stated no response. ( ive rang 10 times over the last 3 weeks. I've emailed on there link on website every 4 business days, ive emailed the other contact email they have. Dont give any money to this sham of a company. At this stage it's been a month i guess im just to cop the $$$ out of pocket........... still waiting on reply, it's currently 07.04.25

Company doesn't respond to emails or support requests for warranty claims whatsoever - spent $20k with them in 1 year and couldn't get them to even acknowlege or respond to an email with a faulty part - ended up going direct to the vendor for service. Will never deal with them again.

I recently bought a hard drive for my pc. It was the wrong one I purchased.
I emailed them and asked if I could return it for a refund. They said that they still do refunds on change of mind. So I send it back with tracking. It got back there. I waited til the Friday before I emailed them again, to find out about the refund. They said it would be processed on the Monday. Monday came, nothing. Tuesday and Wednesday, still nothing. So I emailed them again and waited til Friday. Still nothing. So I put a refund request in through PayPal with screenshots of the emails. They processed the refund for me just today.
Shopping express do not answer their phones anymore, and seems if you need a refund or warranty stuff, they don’t care. They need to either shut their doors or stop stuffing their customers around! That’s the only way they can improve. But seems by other reviews, they just don’t care.

I have ordered and made the payment for mobile holder one month back

I was initially nervous purchasing from this business due to minimal reviews, and some negative reviews.

After having made multiple purchases now over a 2 year period I wanted to share my extremely positive experiences to-date. I have recently made my 5th purchase from Shopping express. Every purchase has been delivered on time and well communicated.

Recently I experienced a discrepancy with Shopping Express website advertising of sale items. I emailed Shopping Express support via email (noting they don't offer phone support) and the support team went above and beyond in my perspective to offer me a positive customer shopping experience.

Of particular note I would like to call out the exemplary service provided by James T @ Shopping Express. I'll admit it took a week or so of email conversation for us to allow me to complete the transaction, however I have nothing but praise for his persistence and the outcome he provided.

From my experiences I definitely recommend this business.

I will NEVER purchase from this Shop Express their after sales sucks badly. I have been waiting for my parcel for more than 2 weeks now. their WhatsApp response is arrogant. Tracking my parcel it shows its in Pretoria still. How does a simple package take so long to be delivered? and how does a shop just sell and stop caring about whether the customer gets what they purchased? i am highly disappointed

Horrible experience where item has gone missing and customer service is ignoring me so I’ll now need to go to the tribunal to resolve this as the customer service from shopping express is non existent

Update : 6 months on and they have still done nothing and expected me to do everything in regards to this issue when as a company they need to follow it up as they sent it . I would highly recommend against ever buying anything from them

Update 2 : been nearly 1 year since purchase and still not received any kind of resolution in regards to this I was offered a partial refund or store credit over two months ago and they are ignoring me again as I responded pretty much straight away .

Update 3: have now since been completely ignored by James who has been horrendous this entire time . No credit or refund as promised for $200 even though it was a $1400 item that went missing . So now over a year on I don’t have the item or my money back and am not getting any further response from James

Update : Have to send letter of demand and forward to tribunal as fair trading wouldn't help.

They had the best laptop available at the best price, but I got very worried after reading the reviews. The retailers couldn't offer me anything close to the product at the price so I rolled the dice.
I got my laptop 3 days after ordering, I got delivery progress updates along the way and I got a brand new laptop - exactly what I ordered in perfect condition. I don't often leave reviews, but I had to leave a review this time. Credit where credit is due.

I ordered parts a month ago, and was pleased by how reasonable their prices are. Everything about their service was great, or so it seemed.

Unfortunately on arrival one part didn't work, so I called support. Their call centre directed me to email support, a tactic I've now realised was to avoid responding to my queries.

After my initial contact, the representative gave me an answer straight off the tomshardware forum. It was the first result on Google for the subject. They blamed another part for the fault, and after that they ignored all further contact attempts.

Its been 7 business days now since their last contact, despite my requests for further information on the process. From their other reviews this seems par for the course.

So avoid Shopping Express, the savings aren't worth the risk of needing to contact customer support. I have no idea how long this process will take, and they are ghosting me.

This company is very slow when it comes to after sales service.

Purchased a monitor that when it was delivered had a forklift truck pushed through it. Did practically nothing to fix (no pun intended) the situation. Opposed me on Paypal. If you are going to risk buying anything with shopping express, I would take out insurance, or better still go to another site. Just not worth the waste hours.
