1st time customer but it won’t be my last! I ordered a 2 piece set for my birthday and the shipping was extremely fast.

I ordered a dress. Dress was exactly how presented on their site. True to size and it came so fast. This is my 2nd time ordering from them. Definitely my go to boutique!

Update: Since the company replied still denying accountability of the EXACT issue I've mentioned. Again, to be abundantly clear of the issues I've had:

1. The issue I have brought to attention is that the measurements of the garment I purchased do not correspond to their size chart, and as of the date of this review they still have not updated the measurements in said size chart. Doing an "internal investigation" rarely brings forth real credibility and change. Instead of fixing the problem, I'm simply told that larger sizes will become available soon, which is NOT a solution to the problem. And despite what this company may "think", it is absolutely jumping through hoops having to return a dress just to recieve the same dress back with the EXACT same issue and then having to get it tailored because you dont have time before your event to find anything else you like. I explained how much I loved the dress to them, but that I just needed one with the correct sizing that corresponds to their size chart. For the record, a return/refund was NEVER offered, nor at that time would a refund have helped me anyway.

2. Its highly problematic for a company to block someone on social media leaving a comment to someone else discussing honest experiences with said company. Its the exact opposite of transparency and a very clear attempt to silence anyone who has had a bad experience with your company. But I get it, its easier to try and make it "go away" when you just dont want to deal with the issue.

I prefer to shop with companies that take customer service seriously. I am not your ideal customer and thats ok.

I came across this company through an IG ad and purchased a dress. Unfortunately upon receiving the dress, I realized the sizing did not correspond to their size chart and ran 2 sizes too small. For reference I normally wear a M, but I specifically purchased according to their size chart and got an XL so that I would have a little wiggle room. What I recieved was a dress that corresponded to the measurements of their size M (which felt like an XS). I contacted them and they made me jump through hoops just to tell me that theres nothing they could do. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they ignored me, offered me no solutions, and even went as far as blocking me on IG for writing a comment in response to another person who had a bad experience with this company too. Their only "resolution" was to inform me they will offer extended sizes beyond XL soon...Mind you I am 5'3 size 8/M.... what would I be buying an XXL for? What about correcting your size charts and not having shady business practices, or perhaps treating your customers with even an OUNCE of respect?

I make it a point to buy from small women-owned businesses, but sadly everything about this company is lacking. It's a shame because I got so many compliments on the dress once I had it profesionally altered and wore it for my birthday, but could not give any recommendation (and Im NOT a gatekeeper). I have a large following and my posts on social media even blew up but the company will sadly never see this missed opportunity to do right by their customers. Yeah, no thanks. This company gives major ICK.

This is my fourth time ordering from Pink Plastic and I’ve loved every single piece of clothing and jewelry! The quality of their material is top notch. I recently ordered the Zina beaded top and received so many compliments. Don’t walk, run to shop Pink Plastic!

This is my second time ordering something for this company and I’ve loved every single piece! The pieces look exactly what the pictures do and the quality is what you pay for. No issues with delivering and they deliver in prompt time. I’ve gotten compliments on every piece that I own from them!

I found out about this company through one of my friends. I have ordered from them twice and both times i had an amazing experience. The delivery service was super fast and came before the expected time. The items came exactly how it was on the website and was true to size. Really love them and would definitely will be shopping with them again.

This is about my 3rd time ordering and I have to say I am amazed. They have some great pieces. I never had an issues the 3 times I have ordered. I will most definitely be ordering again because I already see an outfit I want to purchase. Delivery is on time. I highly recommend this website to all of the girlies!

I inquired about express shipping due to my original birthday outfits not working out. Pink Plastics responded quickly and was able to accommodate my needs. I received my clothes quickly and enjoyed my birthday plans thanks to them. I would absolutely shop with this company again and have already recommended to a friend 💕

After email conversation letting pink plastic know I have been waiting over three weeks for my items - the seller was apologetic for the delay and offered a refund on one of my pieces I ordered. I received the refund in two business days and received my package for my long awaited item 3 short days after ..the seller was very responsive to amend the situation, I will be buying from them again. Although some reviews are bad, I believe each situation varies and for me although I waited some time for the package, the Seller has actually been very supportive during this timeframe and insured me I would receive my stuff. Long and behold, I did!! The piece is super cute and was worth the wait!! Their willingness to fix my issue professionally and rapidly was very much appreciated. Thank you again!

Old review: 8/28 Have been waiting on my package for over three weeks and nothing has been shipped! I have a trip coming up, emails were responsive at first but now emails are seeming to go unresponsive. For the record, I have been very polite and professional with communication. The update is that USPS is awaiting package from sender. What’s the deal? I just want my stuff, it seemed like a decent company but now I feel as though I am just another client getting their run around and no package. So unfortunate and unprofessional to people who pay their hard earned money on a website that seemed credible. I decided to give them a try since the swim suits looked well put together and I’ve even referred people to this site. I feel like a fool. If this can be corrected I am open to a conversation about it asap. I just want my stuff :(

I purchased a few items last minute for a trip. To my surprise I received the items just in time to pack. The quality on the blue dress and swim set with skirt that I received was superb. Love shopping with Pinkplastic
