Beware of this company
I received the product of magnetic cubes and totally disappointed and angry to see such an item sent to me at a high prices.
Small cubes with sharp edges that feels unsafe for young ones! Small cubes arrived in a plastic bag and no boxed packaging either so not suitable for gifting…If I saw the product in reality before buying, I would not even get it for free!!
I emailed the company at the emailed provided in the order confirmation but no response received. Please avoid buying from this company.

New controller developed drift immediately
I bought 2 xbox "blueshock" controllers very recently. I have activated one of them and it has immediately developed "drift" on the right analogue stick (basically the view rolls up to the sky/ceiling as a default). This makes it impossible to play most games efficiently. I have emailed and asked them to solve but have received no reply to my message.

Damaged box, no response
Received my order on the 11/4/25, box was damaged, 15/4/25 sent pictures and asked for a reduction on 16/4/25, it was too late to send back items it was my sons birthday present. Sent another email on 23/4/25, no response. Very disappointed with the way customer service has handled the issue. Will not be so quick to order again.

Seems like a scam
I ordered a game online for my son’s birthday. When I approved payment with bank and went back to page it tried to force me to sign up to a cash back site, when I declined an error message popped up. Money game out of my bank. No confirmation email. Have tried to call 15 times never an answer left a voicemail no response. Live chat no response. Used contact us form no response, used email address on website no response. Now three weeks later down £40 no game for my sons birthday and looks like I have been stolen from. Avoid!
