Worst customer servise there is
I have bought a coffee just before new year. Its now January 15 ant coffee hasnt been delivered. Contacted customer service on 8th of Jan and since then there were no reply. Today after another week of waiting i reached out again and all you got as a response that my email went to somewhere they couldn’t see:)))) and that coffee isnt dispatched yet…if you struggling to fulfill the order just contact ur customers and explain. Will never buy from them again. Waist of time.

Just dreadful
Just dreadful. They tell you the item has been dispatched and give you a false tracking number My order was placed on the 16th Nov and received on the 29th Nov. But a small plus I did get prompt replies from the customer service not always truthful but a reply. Safe the stress AVOID.

The coffee arrived but I wouldn’t trust this business again
I have edited my original comment as I believed this was a scam and the communication was strange with the business, yet our coffee did eventually arrive - later than expected but it’s there. When we looked online it says this business has folded.
It’s all quite confusing.
I won’t trust them again myself.

Absolutely Dire Website
Absolute dire website. Don’t use as your goods will never arrive and they won’t refund. IF they ever arrive you’ll wait on average 4+ weeks for the items.
They do not reply to emails, they literally couldn’t care less once they have your money !
