ShopPrepTrain is an all-in-one training and nutrition app for people who want results without the guesswork. Shop. Prep. Train. One system, zero guesswork. Most people juggle a workout app, a calorie counter, a recipe site and a notes app for their shopping. ShopPrepTrain puts it all in one place. TRAIN Build your own routines or follow ours, log every set, and track your progress with clear charts and a Weekly Training Report. Strength Ranks show how strong you are on every exercise and muscle group, from Iron all the way to Legend, based on your bodyweight. Every exercise in the library comes with a demo, so you always know the right technique. PREP Browse the cookbook, build weekly prep plans and let the app create your shopping list automatically, with prices in your own currency. Track calories and macros with the barcode scanner or by snapping a photo of your meal. SHOP Make custom shopping lists, tick items off in the shop and share them with friends. TRAIN TOGETHER Add friends, see their workouts and ranks, and keep each other on track. You control exactly what your friends can see. ShopPrepTrain works in English, German, Spanish, French and Serbian, and installs on your phone like a normal app. Start with a 7-day free trial and see if it fits you. Questions or feedback?
