The quality of underwear is good and they have nice styles, but the marketing is overwhelming. You get spammed with many daily texts and email. How much same looking underwear do you think a person needs, Proof?

What left a bad impression on me is that their discount codes usually don't work, the sales advertising is always "up to" and even if one style is on sale, it is out of stock for the sale period, or you add things to your card and then when you go to pay it says no longer available. Also, they are not transparent that you pay to return items. Non of these issues are property addressed by customer service - they just send a canned response. This is based on 2 separate completed orders and multiple others not completed.

For these reasons, I don't think I want to order from Proof. They are not transparent and a bit misleading.

Then, suddenly she wrote they can not consider me anymore because I am not based in the US. During our previous communication I wrote TWICE, that I live in Europe, and even wrote my full address in Switzerland in the application form.

I not tell anything about the quality of the product, since I did not receive it in the end, but the experience was just really annoying and waste of time on both sides.
