As a first-time home buyer, I wasn't sure whether to pick a traditional realtor, or go with ShopProp. The rebate and level of service being offered just seemed too good to be true! In the end, I decided it was worth trying, and man, I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. I'm now officially a homeowner with a sweet pile of extra cash thanks to them!

Rob Jr. and Rob Sr. were so kind and professional throughout the process. They gave me advice whenever I needed it, and were available every time I reached out (incl. weekends)! The team also has a portal where they update you with items specific to your transaction i.e. realtor communication, important documents, next steps, etc, so I never really felt lost, or confused. That was one of my main worries going in, but I can confidently say - they will take care of you!

If you're a first-time home buyer like I was, and you're ready to purchase a home, just go with ShopProp. I did a lot of research, and no other company will give you this much of a rebate, with this level of service, as I personally experienced. Truly, thanks again for everything - I will fully recommend you to friends/family based on how my transaction went :)
