Received package over a month after ordering and was charged extra (tarrif) upon delivery. Did not come with scoop as advertised so and the product does not mix into a gel as advertised. Unable to contact because phone and website are shut down. Scam!

This is a total scam!!

This is a total scam!!! They are based in China! Do NOT buy from them! They say it is pure hyaluronic acid powder - it is NOT! It does not thicken up. It stays milky white and liquidy. If you want to return, you have to return to China even though their website says WY.

Refund given

Reported the problem with the Hyaluronic Acid powser I purchased. Communicated with 2 customer service reps. The first told me I obviously added too much powder and how dare I declare it a fraud.
The second asked how I mixed it and after showing the pictures and how I made it, agreed I did it right and then agreed to refund my money and shipping fees. I tried mixing it again with the same results and suggested they talk to their supplier since it was obviously not the advertised product

Total scam

Total scam - stay away. Was sent a bag of soy powder with the hyaluronic label featured in their ads slapped on the front. However, the back label had nutritional ingredients for soy protein. The powder did appear to be brown soy powder. I added it to water, like in the ads (out of curiosity), and it became brown murky soy-water with sedimentation. I contacted the company and they quickly emailed back instructing me to mail it back to China on my dime, within 14 days, in order to get the refund. It takes more than 14 days to ship to China and costs more than the "product." The email exchanged continued and I eventually had to do a chargeback via credit card. Then Liu Weiwei wrote back saying since I did a chargeback, they couldn't refund me. Impressively orchestrated racket.
