What should have been a straightforward order took over two months to fulfill, marked by inconsistent explanations and shifting narratives. I initially ordered one top and one bottom, only to be told later that “we weren’t able to create a night guard that meets our standards for both comfort and protection” and that my order would need to be changed to two bottom guards instead. However, when I did not want that and it became clear that changing the order would require them to send additional product, they suddenly claimed the original mold was workable after all. That contradiction alone significantly undermined my confidence.
Communication throughout the process was disjointed and unreliable. I was told my item was actively being made, then later informed it was not. I was assured the order was shipping on an expedited timeline, only to then be told there were internal bottlenecks causing further delays less than 24 hours later. Each update contradicted the last, leaving me feeling misled rather than informed.
Most concerning is that after this prolonged and confusing experience, the company is now refusing to allow me to cancel my subscription without additional charges, despite their repeated failures to deliver as promised.
Delays happen—but inconsistent information, retroactive explanations, and inflexible policies in the face of company-caused issues are unacceptable. The overall experience felt less like a logistical hiccup and more like a pattern of poor communication and questionable transparency. I’ve read other reviews since that mirror my experience.
I would strongly encourage potential customers to go elsewhere.

The whole process was easy to do with their help. Fits perfectly, made well. I’m a heavy grinder and I have been using my Remi mouth guard for months without any breakage or problems. So much cheaper than the dentist’s mouth guards that I was paying $800.

Remi is the scientology of night guards. They sent a night guard that fit poorly and after wearing them for several nights thinking I will get used to them I developed pain in my teeth and needed dental care costing me several thousand dollars!
Then they kept sending me more unwanted night guards on a subscription that I never signed up for and charged me everytime! I called and emailed them many times to cancel my account. Everything seemed to quiet down and then several months later I get an email that I will soon be receiving another poorly fitting night guard and that I will be charged again! I emailed them several times again to not send anything, not to charge my credit card anymore and that if they did, I will take legal action for fraud.
Then I got an email saying they will charge me $40 for cancelled my "subscription " that I never signed up for! Stay far far away from this fraudulent company selling poorly fitting night guards that can damage your teeth!!!

BUYER BEWARE. You have to email support to cancel - they will not cancel. They spam you with emails saying “we sent you a message” but there is no message to read and you cannot respond to the message. Then when you finally get an actual email response - even if they promise to cancel I STILL GET CHARGED and then months later I am still in this mess. The night guards weren’t good quality anyway - NOT WORTH the horrible trouble. They are thieves.

I used these for a couple of years. Quality was not consist and by the latest pair, I was done. They tasted and smelled like chemicals and fit oddly. The smell/taste wont go away.
Ive been trying to cancel for a week and they will not cancel my subscription! Multiple customer service reps, all of them just ignoring my pleas to cancel. I've reported to the better business bureau but nothing has happened yet. If they charge my card again I guess I'll have to report to my bank as fraud.

HORRIBLE!!!! Should have stayed with Clear Club. Remi's customer service is horrid. They will make mistakes and expect you to buy new things to make it right and will not offer anything, even if its their fault!!!! Go anywhere else but here.

My first order arrived weeks late, after they confused me with another customer with a completely different name. OK, sometimes mistakes are made. Then - weeks before my next order was due to ship - they sent a notice saying my next order would ship in 5 days. I immediately paused my credit card for Remi and - sure enough - they tried to charge me the next day. I skipped the order until March 18. Now, almost 8 weeks in advance - they tried to charge my paused card again. Read the reviews and don't trust them with your primary credit card number!
The night guards I did get were OK, so 2 stars instead of one.

I bought night guards from them for my husband, and they’re currently still being made by the lab, so we don’t know yet how they’ll fit. So far, though, the experience has been great! I was pleasantly surprised that the Zoom meeting for the impressions was with an actual dentist. The whole process was smooth and quick. Can’t wait to try the night guards!

I've been using Remi night guards for a few years now and continue to be very satisfied. I use the medium thickness, which has never come close to wearing out before I get a new one. They are incredibly thin, and barely noticeable when wearing. The support from Remi has been top notch, including pausing for almost a year when I was trying something that would havem prevented me from using night guards.

I have been happy with the professionalism of the Remi staff. The night guards that they provided seem to be good quality and fit well. I had read some reviews that said it would be difficult to cancel the recurring orders, but they were very nice to post pone recurring order for two years as I feel like I won't need more for that long.
