Played and enjoyed one of the games so far.
Here's my issue, the 2nd game I bought needed a verification and I contacted support last night, yet to hear back from them over 8 hours.
Slow customer support but great deal. You get what you pay for.

Been waiting 3 months now

Been waiting 3 days(going on waiting for the 3th month now) for the steam guard code, it's never updated and the one that's on the website doesn't work, no reply on the email either. I'd suggest that you pay a bit more and buy from another website. I did email them on the 25th dec last year, still haven't replied and I emailed them yesterday aswell to try my luck but I'm not very hopeful.

Its full on fraud...should have checked here first. Purchased Anno 117 on Saturday for a good deal, assuming I'd have to put up with some game sharing bs, but i have received NOTHING. Have been calling and emailing since Monday, tried the AI chat help to no avail. No one answers the phone or responds to email, they just take your money and run.

I wrote a review earlier waited 2 days of not receiving the game and very little support I called no answers emailed no answers but after 2 days they started to respond and they actually got me the game account after some communication

Worst experience and waste of money

I bought AC: Shadows and first I received both ubisoft and steam credentials. But in the new guide there is only ubisoft credentials ending with @outlook.com. I am not sure if the username is correct but I have reached out multiple times and still no response from the team.
