It was so easy to use the website and the track the transaction themselves and once it all accumulated you can get straight into your bank account.

I had a great experience until mid November, early December. Products not delivered, continual same email l made a complaint. Then they kindly delivered sent order on a Sunday night personally huge apologies l got . Given great help but I product wrong. Difficult at that time near December.

ShopRewards is great for cash backs and has a lot of my favourite shops. Love it!

Does what it says on the tin - clickthrough from the site to the seller, buy whatever you were going to get, and you get some cash back after 3 months or so.

Rewards take a long time to come - a few months after the order but they do come eventually it seems. I just withdrew last year's rewards totalling around $30 to my PayPal account and it came in a day or two without hassle. Just remember to follow the instructions carefully about clicking and not going to the shopping website through other ways.

Also, for such use cases, use a creepy privacy-invasive browser that tracks your every move like Google Chrome. For other stuff use Firefox, Brave, Librewolf, Iridium, etc.

Update 2025: I've changed my mind about such programs, including Flybuys. A few cents/dollars 'saved' isn't worth sacrificing your privacy... all for a few dirty fiat bucks that the elite control and print out. Protect your privacy and thereby your sovereignty, use Monero (XMR) whenever you can. If you have to use Fiat, credit cards, etc. make sure you give them the least amount of information possible.

Super easy experience! I got my cash back within a couple of weeks. If the shop you’re buying from is on ShopRewards you should definitely be using it. No brainer.

Payment of my first Cashback is quick. I got it transferred within a day of request! Great Service and website easy to follow.

Some comments for improvements are:
1) Being emailed or notified that cashbacks are being tracked shortly after the purchase. I don't receive these yet and sometimes have to check back on multiple occasions.
2) Note, you have to have a minimum amount of $20 in approved cashbacks to request a payment. I understand that this is to minimise payment requests, but does take a while to get to this. Could this be automated or a lower threshold?

Overall a great service and experience.

The support team is more helpful from shop rewards than the other NZ based cashback website. There are a number of promotions from shop rewards which are quite good from time to time. Shop rewards offer cashback even if other coupons/ promotions had been used at the same time.
While it takes some time for the cash back to be recorded, the request to cash out to paypal happened on Sunday, which is a positive surprise.

Great to see that my purchase was properly tracked through Shop Rewards. It's good to have a local cashback site that we can use and trust.
