I regret not reading reviews before purchasing. They will take your money and you won't receive what you've paid for. Nor are you likely to receive a refund. Don't buy from them!

Scam, I'm mad. Everyone should report them to get them taken down.

Placed my order on 8/22/18, it's now 11/06/18 and I have not received shipment. I've emailed them several times without any follow ups.

I have had the same experience. Ordered bikinis and they never arrived. When I disputed the charge through my credit card company, they responded by saying that the charge was for a "digital goods download". Ongoing...

This company is shocking, possibly fraudulent and has the most disgusting customer service of anyone I have ever dealt with. After contacting them to ask where my bikini had got to as it had been over 8 weeks since ordering, I received an email saying they are having problems with courier. I have asked for a refund and just get sent generic templates every day. Its now been over 12 weeks and no refund and no bikini. Horrendous company, service and care.

THIS COMPANY IS SURELY A SCAM. I WAITED FOR ALMOST 5MONTHS STILL I DIDNT RECEIVE MY 3 ITEMS. I KEEP ON SENDING EMAILS FOR FOLLOW UP BUT DIDNT GET ANY LUCK AS WELL.

I ordered 3 bikinis on this site and waited for them for over 1 month, then wrote an eMail as complaint. As an answer I got an excuse, which said, it sometimes takes longer for the products to get shipped, but that mine are already on the way and there soon.
After that I waited and forgot about the order, that I never received.
(I waited almost 4 months)

DO NOT BUY THERE!!! If you already bought something it was hopefully via PayPal, there you can apply for a buyer protection an get your money back!

For how long is this "RUHE" going to be scaming people.

NEVER received my items. Emailed the company multiple times and NO answer. DO NOT buy anything from this company!!

Dont ever order from Ruhe. You will never receive the item you have paid for . When you follow it up you receive one of two automated responses: its in processing and u will receive it in 3 to 4 weeks. (It is 2 and a half months and still nothing) OR we sell our products very cheap so be patient!! Really be patient so I can steal your money and never send the product. Ruhe should not be allowed to operate at all!!!

Same story. Ordered about 3 months ago, emailed 3 times and nothing. Definitely a scam!

SCAM! I made an order over 5 weeks ago and still never received an email saying it even shipped...
I emailed the company 7ral times to have them check my status and gave them my order number but the story changes. First they said orders take 2-3 weeks to ship and then they said 3 to 4 weeks. Now they have stopped responding. So upset, wish I would have read these reviews first. Shfh do not shop from here!!!!!!!!

Scam. Just as everyone else has said ordered 2 months ago, multiple email attempts with no reply, and order status still only says order is confirmed with no tracking number or shippong status. Ive opened a dispute with my bank. So fingers crossed there. But this place is a scam

Credit card was debited 2 months ago, emailed them 3 times but there was no response. Definitely a scam. Advertised via Instagram With $9.99 bikinis. Do not order from RUHE.
