I ordered something from this company nearly 4 months ago and never received the item. I emailed them a screenshot of my order receipt and got no response.

ordered the duo bench last July and it was never delivered. now the site doesn't even exist.

Never got my order customer service through the email sucks they just told me lies my tracking number for my order was all fake never got my order but they took my money

I ordered two benches over three months ago and never received them. There is no phone number to call and no website now. I called my bank to dispute the charges, but they said they can only go back 60 days so I’m out the money. what a joke!

Scam never received my bench. Web site is gone. Run from these scammers

No response to many emails trying to get date on delivery. Never received items.

Frauds they took my money when I tried to claim with my bank the bank is saying that the merchant is showing that this is order was placed. Even though there is no delivery date. The tracking number for ZM Express doesn't populate any information. Now I have to add supporting documents to the bank to get my money back. Who knows if I will?

I ordered 2 of the Convert-A-Benches on July 15, 2025. I was able to track the movements of the order
and on August 15,2025 it shows that the order was delivered. It was not delivered to my address. I have sent (3) emails to the support address requesting any proof they have that the order was delivered to me and have not heard one thing from them. BEWARE

Trash, I never received the product. Do not buy, I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get reimbursed.

I ordered a glider fan and I never received it. All contact disappeared. I looked up the address of the company and it's someone's house.

I ordered 2 scooters and spent $350 + extra for fast shipping. It has been over a month still no scooters. I ordered these for my boys 11 birthday and he was completely let down and I have no way to contact these people. I'm out almost $400 being a single mom trying to make my kids happy. Never order from here, coming from China and ripping people off!!!!

I ordered your cooler for my car and never received it. Or an explanation of why I haven't gotten it. You took my money and sent me nothing.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Do not order from here. I ordered 2 fans in June, received a notification my order was delivered. Emailed because I didn't receive it, was told I would not be offered a refund but they would "send a new order" and have yet to receive it or hear back after following up multiple times.

Scam, fake company. They advertise for a few weeks, grab as many orders as possible and then flee. They should be in prison for being able to create fake-front shops and not be held accountable.

I would rate it less if it was an option. I placed my ordered and received a package that was 2" x 3" with 3 charging cables... I ordered cooling fans... Something that cost $5 and I paid $145. I reached out and got a response and was told it was a mix up and that my product would be on the way. Still have not received nor refunded as I requested and I replied to the email and tried to go back to the website with it to have disappeared like it never existed.
