It is a cheat. Disgusting company. I cancelled the order immediately, no reply after a day they sent me the tracking number. And of course these products are much cheaper anywhere else

Terrible customer service. Non existent. Ordered 2 pairs laces for kids trainers, only recieved 1 pair, so basically paid £10 plus p and p for 1 pair laces, not happy with lack of response, I believe based on their customer service that sending 1 not 2 pairs as I had paid for was deliberate to make more money. AVOID!
AVOID!! Placed order and took a while to receive it. When I did finally receive it the laces were the wrong ones and not the ones advertised on their website. They do not reply to messages sent to them via their contact us page or their email address. Laces are rubbish quality as well. Will be speaking to my bank to do a charge back for a refund.

Great Laces - would buy again!
I was a bit concerned by the poor reviews, but got my laces today and they’re perfect. They did take nearly two weeks to arrive but I wasn’t in a rush. Would definitely order from this company again.

The company does not exist and they are not located at the address stated on their 'Contact Us' page. This has been confirmed by the Property Management company at that address.
Further action will be taken, but in the meantime you MUST avoid.

1st order, pleased.
I ordered some shoelaces from this site. The reviews were not great but with the price of the shoelaces being pretty low I didn’t mind. The shoelaces are of good quality, similar to the ones I already had in my Nike’s. Delivery was okay. Maybe they had some trouble before but I didn’t experience any problem. Probably will use again.

There’s absolutely no way of contacting them as every email on the site is fake and doesn’t allow you to email them - they’re essentially stealing your money and there’s nothing you can do about it! LOL
