Do not waste your money. The dresses I received look nothing like the advertised dresses. The ones I received look cheap - rubbish material. What a con!

I'm saying the same as everyone else...AI generated photos...dress delivered was nothing like the photos...pure rubbish. The material is beyond cheap and the fit is totally unrealistic....there is no detail as their fake photos showed and the material is the worst I've ever seen. Shein or Temu would be better. I've been chasing a refund since April 2025 and I'm getting the same stupid reply from them saying the refund team have been notified. Thank goodness I only spent £30...but it still should be refunded onto my card as I wouldn't have the heart to leave this dress into a charity shop. The worst bunch of fraudsters I've ever come across...but I'll keep emailing them.

I bought 2 dresses and they are nothing like the photos. There is no lace and it is not a chiffon like fabric. They are bad prints on a bad material. it has been 2 months of me trying to get a refund and they sent me this quote "I was told by our Financial manager that Our account has been frozen due to a lot of transactions recently. The manager is currently dealing with this issue.All refunds will be postponed for a period of time.so sorry for the inconvenience. your understanding is highly appreciated." I would not do business with them.

This is a total scam! Don't buy from this company! The images are AI and the dresses online look beautiful, but when they arrived, they were made of a cheap material you'd use to make a flag from. They look nothing like they should! Ugly, muted colours and blurry prints like they were photocopied on an old copier. I wish this site had zero stars

If it would be possible to give this company zero stars, I would have. It is basically fraud. They use AI to create enticing images on their website. When the clothes arrive, you soon realise you have been scammed. Clothes are not cotton as promised, there is no fit, and the fabric is a horrible print, not at all what the fake images promise.
It says it is easy to return items and get a refund, but you actually can't. At returns, their task is to be polite in their reply, but offer no information, so it is in fact just a scam.
My biggest regret is I forgot to check with Trustpilot before ordering. I would have kept my money.

Never more! Dress that is some joke! Terrible quality, it's totally not look like in the photos. I was waiting 6 weeks. And refund politics? You must to send it to China of course you pay for that shipping. Terrible

The clothes are completely misrepresented. Prints are muddy and quality is terrible. I requested a return shipping label. They kept offering me discounts on my next order instead of processing my request. Two months later and I still don't have the return shipping label or refund. Horrible quality. Horrible customer service.

Foolishly fell for online photos. Tops nothing like pictures advertised. Just printed polyester not embroidered cotton. Also too large but no returns or refunds, just delay reply emails.

What a dreadful site -AI generated photos and when you receive your order the ‘embroidered pattern’ is printed onto very cheap thin material.2 months later and I still have not received my refund !!😡

Shopping website shows completely different products. Reality is foto-prints on very cheap material which is not good even for cleaning. Returning and refund was long emails exchange with all excuses as possible. Recently they stopped communication that their account has been frozen due to a lot of transactions recently. So pure theft. Never shop there

Item did not fit and was advertised as made of linen. There is no linen in the garments. I have been try to return the item for a refund but all I get from customer service is delays on returning item. Website states "Hassle Free Returns" and "Full Refund Within One Week." Report company to ReportFraud.ftc.gov and ecomsumer.gov

Total scam site. I would rate lower if I could. Sent items that aren't even worthy of being a dog blanket. Customer service is generic responses and no refund is possible. Avoid this site at all costs!

SCAM DO NOT BUY! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Utter rubbish I would not wipe my a**e with it. When tried to return have been flat refused. Totally illegal behaviour, and definitely a scam company.

This place is a scam. I placed an order with them and never heard from them again now I’m out over $100.

I ordered what thought would be beautiful Celtic and Viking themed clothing and jewelry. What arrived was a joke! It was nothing like what was pictured! It was literally a picture of the shirt and dress printed on cheap thin fabric. No linen fabric or embroidery like what was pictured or advertised in their product description, just a picture of embroidery. And the jewelry was a very cheap version of what was pictured, like they tried to copy and reproduce it but in a much less quality way. The picture showed metal tones. What was sent was painted black and an obvious failed attempt to create something similar. Then if you try and dispute it they offer you a small refund to keep it. If you want a full refund you are required to pay out of pocket to return it to China! This company is the hugest online scam I have seen. Their actions make buyers skeptical to buy from legit companies and they create a bad name for e-commerce.

I tried to cancel my order after reading reviews of their false advertising.... but as soon as I requested to cancel, they shipped the order. I have no hope of receiving what I actually ordered as far as clothing items.

Received my order even though I said iwanted to cancel. Now rating company and merchandise -100 -- way less than 1 or even 0. Fake...screen print items that are very horribly and cheaply made. I'd be embarrassed to even give these away to stranger. Do not buy from them.

Actually, I'd really like to give 0 stars! The items I got are in no way similar to the pictures on the shop's websites. No embroidery, just printouts on poor-quality fabrics. I have pictures, if someone is interested. It goes for SHOPSIENNE and SHEENPLACE. It must be one company, since my complaint emails to both shops were answered from one address. I've been trying to return the items for about a month now, with no progress. They reply politely asking you to wait, but give no clues as to where and how return the items and get the refund!

Items are nothing like online images.
Cheap plastic material. Not worth the money
