BUYER BEWARE! This company will force you to pay return shipping on their product, even if you try to cancel the order before it arrives. What’s more - and this is truly bizarre - you have to create your own return label with their address and follow their strict instructions for what to include in the return package. Overall, it’s simply not worth the hassle and I would never recommend a company with this level of poor, unempathetic customer service.
Purchased a phone case but wrong size. Sonix offers exchanges. Their website for exchanges is practically nonexistent. I reached out through DM on Twitter and they never responded. I emailed Sonix directly and they are stating to click exchange on my order…that option is not available. They don’t even know their website. So before returning I replied to email to have noted on my account the exchange. They said no problem. I also wrote on the return invoice the exchange request. What did they do???? Refund me! I guess they are hoping I reorder pay additional S&H charges not to mention the “insurance” charge on shipping and loss of my first time purchase discount. NOT!!!!!! Will not purchase from Sonix again. VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least.
