I bought some headphones from shopsta…

I bought some headphones from shopsta that arrived working but then just randomly stopped working after 2 months.

I emailed shopsta and they swiftly got in touch with the manufacure who asked for a 30 second viseo showing the issue and theyve now sent me a new pair free of charge.

Thanks for such great customer service its very refreshing.

I feel like nowdays customerservice is forgotten about. Not with you guys!

Amazing customer service!

Just had amazing customer service from Alexa at Shopsta customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and when it arrived I was left feeling gutted that my son’s birthday was only a few days away. My fault for ordering the wrong product I thought. Anyway, I messaged Shopsta and Alexa came to the rescue and helped to organise a rushed delivery on the correct product and helped me return the wrong product with NO FUSS. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH. They actually care about taking care of the customer which to me, can’t be beaten. Thank you Alexa!

Ordered 2 gaming headsets for my kids for Christmas, was delighted with the quick delivery and the products are exactly what I am looking for. Will have 2 very happy boys on Christmas morning. Will order again for more gifts, great service. Thanks👍

Top gift purchase from Shopsta

Top gift purchase from Shopsta. Great price compared to other sellers. Never heard of this website before but it was really easy to use and the delivery was quick and easy. The product, Oneodio noise cancelling headphones are fantastic, would highly recommend 10/10.

A wonderful shopping experience from…

A wonderful shopping experience from Shopsta. I hadn’t heard of this website before so checked the reviews and made my purchase. Delivery only took 3 days and I made an error on my order with the shipping address. Alexa was very quick to respond and quickly updating my mistake. Product arrived well packaged and good quality product. I will be shopping again in the future. Much thanks

Bought headphones for my daughter to take on holiday. She says they're most comfortable and the sound is a huge upgrade from what she had before. Very pleased with these headphones and I can honestly say they are well worth it.

I ordered Commander G Series

I ordered Commander G Series - 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset for PC on September 10th for my son's birthday and have yet to receive them. I should have listened to my gut and not purchased from this company but these were the ones he wanted. I have contacted the company numerous times. The headphones are coming from China and their tracking shows it was transferred to USPS on September 28th. To date this is the message still in the USPS system: Label Created, not yet in system
A status update is not yet available on your Priority Mail® package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is given to USPS. Check back soon. I have repeatedly requested a full refund for my purchase which they have yet to provide. Their website says this regarding expected delivery : Country/Region & Estimated Shipping Times USA: 4-15 business days. It has been way past that time. I want full refund so I can buy my son headphones for his birthday which was on 9/28

Was sent some gaming headphones on…

Was sent some gaming headphones on unboxing one of the headphones was hanging off so pushed it back,when using my headphones i quickly found out they had been wired wrong with the left and right the wrong way round this means i had to wear them backwards and couldn't use the mic,shopsta wanted a video of this with a piece of paper to prove it they make you feel like its your fault,be wise and buy elsewhere with a company that does refunds too.

We did initially ask for a video of the issue to verify the problem without the need to return the item to us. This is not a mandatory but is often the preferred way of verifying manufacturing defects - as we don't often require the item to be shipped back to us. We also offered you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label to return the item to us for a full refund. We do offer refunds as a company but have yet to hear back from you. If you still wish to send the item back to us, please reply to any of our emails and we will organise this for you.

Great communication & kindness

I had a little problem with some headphones but struggle with communication (I delayed a bit). Megan at Shopsta made it so easy for me. She was kind and understanding and got to work immediately. There was great communication from them regarding my replacement pair that were sent out without question.

Excellent Service

Speedy response times, friendly staff on the end of the email, no huge hoops to jump through because they want to help straight away there and then. Really quick dispatch as well. Very efficient and consumer friendly service.
