No email, no tracking id, no order...
This is scam do not buy on this site please.
They just took my money, i can't reach them i've been waiting more than 2 weeks and 0 news, I can't track my order.
I will take them to court next week

Same experience no update on my Order I’ve contacted my back already as I can see I’m not going to get it by the reviews so gutted we’re not all made of money while some one profits

0/5 I have order a product more than 3 months ago and i havent received yet and they are not responding to any emails. Dont order anything from them!!!

Absolutely horrendous, I am about to take them to court. Ordered in February, never received anything. Got blocked after asking about my order on TikTok. Even my friends that asked on my behalf got blocked. I reached one single person in the last 9 months, got promised to have another hoodie sent out and they'll "look into the issue". Of course nothing happened.

I can see I’m not the only one experiencing issues with this ‘business’ which is clearly a cocky chav with a good contact for merch because their customer service correspondence sounds like a stoned teenager has bashed angrily at the keyboard in disbelief someone has claimed their money back for something they can’t be bothered sending lol. I placed an order and their website says dispatch next working day. Even with postal strikes that wouldn’t effect the email we would get to confirm our order was ready to be dispatched, I never even got that until I went to my bank for a chargeback. Iv had comments removed off social media where I was simply just asking for an update of my order, nothing else. Ignored 3 emails I have sent and 2 attempts to chat via their website before I finally researched for reviews and put a charge back claim in having read them and assumed they were a scam. I did eventually get a response from them but only to threaten me that they’ve reported me to my bank because I claimed my item was faulty 🤣 I’d have to receive an item for it to be faulty and Royal Mail haven’t even got the parcel from THEM to bring to ME yet, the tracking number states it hasn’t even been received by Royal Mail so they really need to scrub up on their methods and maybe try actually communicate with customers if there genuinely is a delay. Overall, Probably good products but I won’t be supporting this shambles because they never arrived 🤣
Thanks for the refund tho, enjoy the £10 fine you get every time you don’t send someone’s order and their bank rightfully returns their money.

Ordered something 4 weeks ago, they took my money right away and sent an email saying my item has shipped...no tracking. Emailed the "email us with issues" email more than once but no reply. I'll be calling my bank and reversing the charge as this company is a SCAM. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS

Absolute scam! Paid for goods 2 weeks ago and no response from the seller. I've tried to contact them through email, their online chat on the website, Instagram and tiktok and not had a single reply. I would avoid this shop at all costs.

order a hoodie over 2 weeks ago for my boyfriends birthday still haven’t gotten it nor received any updates on it location or if it even been shipped ,i’ve email numerous times over this period of time and still nothing…

Still haven’t received my order, ordered in May received no shipping updates at all, I’ve emailed them on more than one occasion about my item. Worst customer service! Still no response from them! AVOID

Amazing company pure innovation and you can tell they care about the CULTURE not the money. I received the wrong colour in my order and they ended up sending me out the right colour plus another extra hoodie to give to one of my friends. I have to admit pre orders can take a while but what do you expect with pre orders lol overall amazing company will definitely be a company I shop with for life
