I’ve been a loyal customer of Swank A…


I’ve been a loyal customer of Swank A Posh for a while, and my experiences were always good—until recently. Unfortunately, my latest order, which was at $400, has been a complete disappointment. It’s been more than three weeks, and I still haven’t received any shipping or tracking information. Customer service has been unhelpful, providing vague and robotic responses. It’s really disappointing to see the quality of service decline so drastically.

Longtime Customer Deeply Disappointed – Still Waiting on My Order and Refund

I’ve been a loyal customer of Swank A Posh for quite some time now and have always loved their items. I’ve never had any issues receiving my orders on time—until recently.

Back in August 2025, I placed an order and later needed to send one item out the entire order back for a partial credit, which is supposed to come in the form of a gift card towards amy future purchase. After six weeks of not receiving any updates on my credit despite reaching out through their portal between July and September out of frustration, I finally filed a claim with my bank, and that’s when SwankaPosh finally responded with a real person and issued the gift card credit.

I was happy things were resolved and used the credit toward a new order on September 24th. Unfortunately, it’s now late October, and I still haven’t received that order. My order is still in the processing stage. I’ve sent multiple emails - too many to count - to their customer service portal, and even forwarded proof of my attempts to contact them directly. All I receive are auto-generated responses saying someone will follow up within 24–48 hours, or messages that seem copied and pasted: “We apologize for the delay; we’re reaching out to the fulfillment center.”

Weeks have gone by, and my items are now out of stock. I’m beyond upset and disappointed because I truly love this brand and have supported them for some time. I even half want to get them another try. I just don’t know if there’s an issue with their fulfillment center or if they’re understaffed, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating and beyond upset to one of your loyal customers. You guys need to be Tru to your customer base or you will be force to close your doors because this creates a negative downward effect on all fronts.

At this point, I’ve had to file another claim—not only for the original refund issue but also for this unfulfilled order. It’s really disheartening to see the company continuing to promote new items when they still haven’t resolved existing customer orders.

I genuinely hope they get things back on track, because it’s sad to see a brand I once loved become so conniving and disengaging as a small business to the consumers who frequent them the most. I now understand what it feels like when I hear people say, "see this is why I don't like to support small businesses."

I have ordered from Swank before and I love the way the jeans fit. The only thing shipping is horrible. It’s been almost a month and I still have not received my order. I asked for a refund and still have not got a response.

Swank A Posh is a ripoff clothing company

They will not ship your order out until a month or two or more after you placed an order. They are not a Better Business Bureau accredited company. Their social media pages are flooded with people inquiring about orders that were placed a month or more ago. You have to rely on the mercy of their emailing system. They can’t keep up with the supply not demand. My first order took over a month and my second order longer than that. If you have to go with that quality of clothing, I suggest Fashion Nova. They literally send my order the very next day. Swank A Posh is the worse company to order online from.

I placed an order on 10/13/25. Today is 10/16/25, and I still do not have a tracking number. I dislike companies that show all the good items that they have, but fail to come through like they say. I am cancelling my order. I'll find my cute clothes from someone else who is reliable and true to their word.

Not processing right away

I have bought from them for years. My last orders do not ship quickly like they claim. This order the reason I gave them a 2nd chance I needed pant by Oct 4 that why I ordered on Sept 23. I had go buy different pants because they did not come on time. Oct 6 and still no tracking

Swank used to be very good with product…

Swank used to be very good with product and shipping. I would not recommend ordering from them now!! I purchased 3 different pairs of jeans and the sizing was off, had to send them back and didn’t get the full credit. Then I thought, hey, maybe the quality is better I will try again, WRONG!!! I placed an order on 9/4/2025, the site says the order will ship in 3 business days, by 9/10 with no shipping confirmation, I sent Swank an email and they emailed back stating that they would get back to me in 24-48hrs, nothing! So I emailed again on 9/15 and get the same email stating that they would email me back. Emailed again 9/18 got the same email stating that they would reply soon. 9/20 still nothing, no shipping info, order, or reply. I will disputing the order with my cc company, which is a shame! I will never and I mean never purchase from this scam company again!

I placed an order on Aug 22nd and was told I would receive my order within 5 to 7 business days. Here it is Sep 19th and still nothing. The order is showing it hasn’t shipped. They won’t give me my money back. Keep emailing me telling me my order is on the way and it’s not. I’m beyond pissed now. I will be disputing this order within my bank

Terrible communication and customer service

I made an order on August 22 and I have not received it yet it’s September 18, and when I went to look now some of my items are not available I have reached out almost every day to get a response via email and it generates an email saying someone will reach out to me this is bad for business and terrible customer service and now I don’t even want the items. Which still hasn’t even received a email saying order has been shipped.

Still no product and no response!

I have ordered from them over the years and have never had an issues. However, I have a placed 1 month ago that still does not have a shipping date. They have sent generic responses regarding a warehouse issue and refused to refund my money. Now they are no longer responding but constantly advertising! I would give them zero stars if I could!

I've ordered from them years ago...so I decided to order on August 27th. They said it could take 1-3 business days to process and 5 - 7 business days to ship. I received an "order on the way" email with no tracking number. I reached out to them via email and received an auto response claiming to respond in 24-48 hours...after 48 hours I received another auto response saying they are overwhelmed. It is September 15, 2025, still no product and no email updates. I called their number and they are temporarily not accepting calls. I disputed this with my bank. They are frauds and are stealing peoples money!

If I could give this company zero…

If I could give this company zero fu**in stars I would. They constantly will advertise and flood your phone and emails with ads but they can’t keep up with the demand. They are selling things that they are out of which is causing people to receive an order 2 months or more later or not at all. You can’t talk to a human. You have to constantly nag and email them on updates as to when you will receive an order. I placed an order on July 6th and finally received it on August 9th. On August 19th, my dumb a** placed another order because they had a 60% off sale. I had to email them relentlessly after 2 weeks went by without a tracking number or anything. I finally received a partial order on Sept 2 with a promise that the remainder of my order would be sent on Sept 10th. After Sept 10th passed, I had to once again email and nag them for my items. I finally got a email that my remaining order would be sent out and they gave me a tracking number I guess to shut me up. But it says it’s still being prepared. Then I got a notice saying that there was a partial refund for the remainder of my order. They didn’t say what was item was being refunded and what was still be sent to me. After I settle this, this will be the last time I shop with them.

Swank is absolutely terrible. You order one item in a certain size. They send you whatever size they have available. Swank will not give you a refund just store credit. I am done with them. Will not get another dime from me.

Placed an order on August 11. Today is September 6. My order HAS NOT been shipped. Their customer service is a JOKE. They send generic emails about “having warehouse issues”. Yet, today on FB and IG, I see a new Swank a Posh store is opening. WHERE IS MY ORDER😡😡😡

Extremely Disappointed: No Communication at All

I placed an order with this store on July 2nd, and as of today, I have not received a single update—no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, nothing.

I’ve reached out multiple times:
• Through email
• Their website contact form
• Direct messages
• Even Threads

Still, no response whatsoever.

This level of silence and lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. If I don’t hear from them before next week, they’ve officially lost me as a customer forever.

I am beyond frustrated with Swank A…

I am beyond frustrated with Swank A Posh’s handling of my issue. I ordered two pairs of jeans in the same size, yet they fit completely differently. After measuring both pairs, the blue jeans were wider and longer than the black ones, despite being listed as identical sizes on their website. This is a clear case of inaccurate sizing, which is entirely their fault...not mine.

When I reached out, I was told that returns are only eligible for STORE CREDIT. This is ridiculous! Why would I want credit for another pair of jeans when their sizing is clearly unreliable? Their refusal to issue a refund to my original payment method for a mistake on their end is completely unfair and unacceptable.

Their return policy does not mention anything about denying refunds for items that are improperly sized, so this feels like an outright scam. I expected better transparency and accountability from a company I trusted. I’ll never shop here again, and I urge others to avoid them unless they want to risk wasting their money.
