Edited: Order finally received after I was told by a spokesperson of Sweetpeeps that the shipping company couldn’t find my address. Very confusing but I’m glad it made it hear. Still no word back from my request for a refund (I requested the refund when it looked like the package wasn’t coming). I won’t buy from the store again.

I ordered some jewellery from them and they said my address couldn’t be found and that I had to contact the mail delivery people directly. I requested a full refund and didn’t hear anything back. Such a bogus company; do not buy anything from them.

Received wrong item, no email response, instagram response, or “Contact Us” form response. Jewelry broke within a week and broke my skin out in rashes. Phone number does not even ring!

Never received the correct product, upon contacting the company to receive a replacement or compensation they ghosted me and I still have yet to hear back about this a month later.

Terrible customer service. I made an order on July 10th. After 2 weeks of no update with my package’s shipping (it says USPS was awaiting the package) I reached out through email THREE times and got no response.

I called the phone number posted on the website and was told by someone not affiliated with SweetPeeps that their number was stolen by SweetPeeps?!

After that, I had to dispute the charge of my purchase with my bank and was able to get a refund.

SHEIN has better customer service than SweetPeeps

Can I give 0? Nothing turned up and they couldn't care less - no refund no response - zero care.

This company creates garbage, bags it, and then sells said garbage. High quality my as*. I had not held the ring I bought for more then 4 seconds and a pearl fell off. My mother literally started cracking up the moment it happened. Despite their jewelry being pretty I would find more quality out of a ring I purchased out of a gumball machine.

This is where I should've looked at reviews, rather than the completely curated ones on their website.

As everyone else is saying, sweetpeeps does not care about customers receiving their items or about honoring their terms. Once your money is in their hands, they're done with you. Have an issue with your order? Well good luck, you're on your own because they will not help resolve it - they won't even acknowledge it.

To anyone who has unfairly lost money to this scam: please see if you qualify for a chargeback with your bank. Record and document all evidence of your situation and get your money back. If a company messes up and receives enough of these, they could be flagged as trouble with credit card companies. Protect others from falling for this.

Terrible quality of rings and jewellery, shipping and postage is expensive and very bad. The owners do not care if you receive the item, do not at all recommend buying at all. 45 minute thing you see on the top of your screen is fake, very clever marketing team; showing their items and advertising them as ‘quality.’ I am somewhat disappointed and disgusted by this horrible brand.

I bought LED lights from Shopsweetoasis which I suspect is run by the same people as this seller. They never came. I sent them an email (to a random gmail address which in itself is a warning sign) and they said the product is on its way with no tracking info whatsoever. Do not buy from any seller called shopsweet something, it is a scam. I have lost my money.

Expensive for low quality jewellery. Cheap packaging. Essentially slightly better than Primark but worse than Accessorize. Delivery took ages

Scammers! Jewellery is very very low quality & will break the first time you wear it. Their customer service team will then ignore every single email and message you send, along with every comment you leave on their social media, and rob you of your money.

They are an awful brand who unfortunately have very clever marketing, so please don't be sucked in by this like I was. Please boycott.

delivered nothing, no tracking updates, no replies to my emails, do not order from here it is a scam i lost £60 ordering from the uk

Ordered from Germany and I have no update on my delivery. Normally I always get an update if it left the warehouse or where it is currently located. I don’t know if it’s because of the us but this time there a no updates and I paid 20$ just for shipping almost just as much as my order. It’s been weeks and they are not answering on my emails or my dms on instagram.

In 2021, I asked my boyfriend to buy a couple necklaces for me on there and when they came, I was impressed by the quality! Right off the bat, I thought they looked very nice. Each piece came in its own little drawstring bag, which felt nice and thick. Good quality. I have worn the gold filled butterfly necklace every single time I went out for 2 years, and it just now broke at the clasp. I’m okay with it cause I know I’ve worn it a lot (in the shower and when I sleep too) plus I can easily fix it. The look of the chain and pendant is still a nice color and hasn’t turned green or rusted, which is impressive.

I’m surprised about all the bad reviews. Though I can only speak for that one necklace. I’m hoping that the quality is still good in 2023, but I’m a little wary now.

Earrings fall out randomly because clasp is so bad and they delete bad reviews. Jewelry is also smaller and cheaper looking than pictured

worst rings ever. fell apart almost immediately. don’t trust the cute advertising and pictures

i just got my rings this morning and within one hour two completely broke and within a few hours my fingers were all green. wish i saw these reviews before spending over 100

i wrote a bad review for this place on their site and i think they removed my review. anyways… just don’t buy from here.
