The email address they provide to obtain refund/return information is not valid. Purchased 3 items, spending a good bit, for gifts for my husband. None of which were as described or how they looked on their site. Please don’t waste your money here.

What some of the products are made from was not clear on all products

The selection is good on product and the ordering process was easy. Curious on the lead time will be for the product.

Cool designs on the clothing. Site is not easy to navigate. It would be nice if the Vegvisir symbol was not on almost everything viking related as it was an icelandic symbol not norse

Website is easy to use. No frills to get in the way. Products are in a variety of sizes that make it accessible to larger people.

You don't have all the color selections for the same print hoodie in one spot. Couldn't find the color I wanted

This was the worst shopping experience of my live. The shirts I ordered were advertised as a cotton blend. What I received was 100% Polyester. When I wanted to return them please items, they told me for a refund I would have to pay shipment to China, which almost exceeded the shirts. Otherwise they offered me a 15% refund. After days of emailing they offered a 35% refund. This product was advertised completely wrong and they refuse to take the blame.

Absolute disgrace of a company, bought an item from them that cost a lot of money. The item is nothing like advertised and to be honest a absolute joke. Luckily paid through PayPal and requesting a refund ( they won't get back to any emails don't even try). Simply a bunch of thieves not to be trusted.

My items were not as described. I bought a 100% cotton shirt and it is rayon or other cheap fabric. I purchased a mans large oversized hoodie and it was so small it would not fit a 12 year old child. Now I have to pay to return their dodgy items to get a refund. this is a scam, they know they are sending out substandard goods. so this experience has cost me money and I have nothing to show for it. They are difficult and its hard to get a refund. I would not shop here again if it was the last clothing store on the planet.

Clothes are of Halloween costume quality, absolutely horrible for the price. Avoid. Overly expensive drop shipped stuff. And for the people leaving 4 star reviews for the ordering process... Can we stop? You haven't even received this garbage clothing and you're leaving positive reviews for what obviously is a scam.

Definitely avoid this site. The clothing quality is absolutely horrible for what you pay. I bought 4 items and I found out the hard way that it's a little cheaper for a reason. Do yourself a favor and look for something a little more costly it will be worth it in the long run.

I understand it is Christmas and they are busy, but…. I ordered over a month ago and still no order delivered. I have sent 3 emails now with no response. The last email returned with mail delivery failed. I am currently feeling disappointed that my nephew won’t get his present, but more concerned that there is absolutely no communication. The tracking number does not match up and goes nowhere. I am starting to feel scammed, but truly hoping to be wrong.

Everything was straightforward and appealing to the customer.

I can only speak on the ordering process, which was hassle free. Once I recieve the item I will revisit with a more informed opinion upon the purchase.

Love the viking collection you offer with relatable sizes

The designs were very nice and cool. The prices reasonable. However, I wish there was free shipping. Hopefully, the clothes will be worth every penny.
