Good Customer service.
This brand is sold exclusively at Walmart
We bought a single serving blender. We recently returned from abroad, and had a single serve blender in Norway that was some house brand, and about twenty dollars. We used it for over six years. It was 220V so we did not bring it back. It was lightweight, and actually felt a little flimsy.
Here, we bought what we though was a sturdy and robust medium quality (900W) blender. We were not keen about the seventy dollar price, and now I am having buyers regret. I dislike Wal Mart in general, and also would prefer not buying anything made in china, but what can you do?
We missed the 90 day return window by 2 weeks, the motor burned out completely. I guess bananas, milk and protein powder were too much for the 900W motor. Walmart has our purchase on file, but no receipt exists. After calling customer support, we attempted looking up the receipt, walmart "doesn't have it" either. I have looked all over for our receipt, but did not find it.
UPDATE/EDIT - Walmart has electronic receipts on file, and track your purchases, and I am not sure how I feel about that. Walmart pulled up our receipt, but we could not so I have no proof of purchase in my hand.
After going through some mandatory troubleshooting steps, and because my purhcase was verified by Walmart (I lost my receipt) Thyme and Table send us a new blender. I really didn't want the whole thing, just the motor, but they do not sell or replace just the motor (the base).
