Shoptimized sells a Shopify Theme and other products such as Speed Boost Ninja, and Up Lift Hero.

They are not an eCommerce store as such and as far as I know, they only sell digital products. I mention this because some of the reviews seem to think that Shoptimized is a Shopify eCommerce store when it is not.

Shoptimized is also unrelated to Shopify the eCommerce platform. Shoptimized is another company entirely and may be considered a 'third party' provider for stores that use the Shopify platform.

I am using the Shoptimized theme and find it very good. It did take me quite some time to learn my way around the theme because I'm new to Shopify anyway.

However, whenever I got stuck I asked support for help and they got back to me within a few hours.

They either suggested what I should do or fixed the issue. They are very friendly, polite, and helpful.

One thing I did find amusing was that the support always answers as one person - PJ Guerrero. I'm not sure if this is a real person but I do know that there is more than one customer support person.

In any case, I am very impressed by Shoptimized and the customer support team.

I guess that the theme could be made a little more intuitive but I'm unsure if Shopify itself puts boundaries on what can be designed by companies outside of the Shopify system.

I also like the emails by Bradley Long, the owner of Shoptimized, he always has good suggestions for improving your store (with a bit of a plug for his own products too of course!).

I purchased Shoptimized a few years ago and is the only theme I have been using. There are many options on the market when it comes to themes...paid and free. And, while many may offer bundled features, etc., I am not willing to risk giving up the level of Customer Support that I have obtained from Shoptimized. I rarely have the need to ask for assistance, but when I do, they have always come through and provided a solution when possible.

So, if you care about your after-the-purchase support as I do, I can honestly claim that you won't be let down by Bradley Long and his team.

Having the right tools will get you to the finish line faster.

I've used the Shoptimized theme on 3 of my websites for the last several years. It's extremely easy to use, looks very professional and best of, converts. Another thing I like is the theme never breaks. In all these years, my websites have never been "down" or experienced any display issues. The theme just flat-out works and works well. I highly recommend it to anyone using Shopify for their e-commerce store.

Wow, such a great customer service experience! Not only did they help us get our website super optimized, but they really have been fast in responding to all of our customer service needs, and overall we are happy. Would highly recommend this theme for your Shopify store. Stop sleeping!

Not only I've saved A LOT of money in monthly/ yearly apps subscriptions - it did surely increase my CONVERSIONS! ++Superb support whenever I raised a ticket, I always get a response within 1 hour to 12 hours, they never exceeds to 24 hours which is GREAT.

Tried any other themes though but I was never satisfied.

I rated this company as 1 star because there wasn't a lower rating....i ordered a pressure washer through them and they took the money out of my bank account and I never received the product..i have written 2 e-mails to them and still haven't had a response the 1-800 #for customer service is not a working number..this place is a scam!! Please don't throw your money away like I did..im very discouraged!!!!

I bought a product for $108 with faster shipping. I only get copy paste responses in the emails. I never got my product or my refund. This is a SCAM. Reading these other reviews it seems this website is not responsible, but the people they allow on their website, but even so they should be responsible for who they allow to sell on their site. It is no excuse. If I can get my refund or my product or at least some sort of help from this website I will take this review down and replace it with a better one once the company takes responsibility for what’s happened to me as well as what seems to be many others. Update on 20th April 2020: Shoptimized has been kind enough to take cognizance of the issue and have told me that they are working to update the theme so as to resolve the issue. They have also offered to keep my access open until the theme is updated, post which i can try it out and buy again if I am satisfied.

This is exceptional level of customer service and I am really grateful to them.

Used shoptimized for 4 months now. the features that they have built are good. but there is a BIG problem of loading speed on mobile. our traffic tanked because of the theme. The speed of my website went go for a toss. With free shopify theme, page was loading under 2 seconds. with paid shoptimized theme, the same website, went to 5-6 seconds.

support does not help. They ask you not to trust google page speed, GT metrix page speed or any other tool that shows you page speed. They don't respond for weeks to the video you share which clearly shows that the time taken to open the site is a lot.

don't waste your time and money with this theme.

My conversions have shot up and I’ve culled hundreds a month in app subscriptions too. It’s easy enough to use and support are super helpful. The funnel Buildr app that comes with it is great too.

I’ve been using the Shoptimized theme for 4 months now and my sales are significantly better. It’s easy to use and the built-in apps have saved me hundreds of dollars. Well worth the money. And their support is fantastic.

Shoptimized is a very popular Shopify theme, so no wonder that there are some bad people that are using its old versions to build their stores. Shopify as a platform should fight with scam stores, please help them by sending a report officially.
Shoptimzed is a legitimate business suffering from this kind of scam stores more than others. It is an instrument, but not a scam at all. 1000s of legitimate Shopify stores are already using Shoptimized and they sell their products legally.

If you're spending money on apps and seeing the cost rack up, take a serious look at Shoptimized, it's saved me a ton each month. It also converts better than any of the free themes becuase of all the built in tools. Support is really helpful too.
