A professional scammer and con artist…

A professional scammer and con artist who is great at scamming people out of money fake poor quality horrendous cheap tat jewellery is what you will receive that is not even worth a penny. Save your time and money and buy from high street jewellers where you will get better quality jewellery at cheaper prices than what she charges. She is very rude, aggressive, loud mouth with no manners, and customer service skills. Absolutely horrendous fake company. The refunds and or replacements policy doesn't exist.

Absolutely rubbish with really poor…

Absolutely rubbish with really poor customer service. Do not accept cancellations and do not issue refunds. As a consumer you should have the right to cancel an order as long as it is not a personalised order with 24 hours right? NOPE NOT WITH THIS RUBBISH COMPANY. Buyer beware not a good company to buy from save your money

never received part of my order

Worst customer service ever. Placed order specifically for this ring and it nerver arrived. From 7 items only few arrived and when it came to resolving issue whoever is replying was super incompetent and slow, and at the end accused me of lying. I have never ever experienced anything like that and wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company as if anything goes wrong they will not resolve it and start accusing costumers of lying… should be ashamed. Feel like got scammed out of £50…

If I could give no stars, I would.

Ordered on the 23rd, paid for 48hr tracked delivery, reached out on the 26th as it hadn’t arrived, they didn’t provide tracking details and their answer was that they ‘were a very small business and have had a delay on our packaging reaching us’. 1) Communicate that to your paying customers then and 2) Don’t offer shipping for something you’re aware you cannot fulfil and 3) Offer an apology for YOUR mistake instead of making excuses.

Nevertheless, they ensured that day that they suddenly had the materials to ship and would ship that very day (26th) ensured it would be 48hr shipping and would arrive Sunday, Monday at the very latest. Well guess what, absolutely no tracking information and they’re ignoring all messages and the package STILL isn’t here! I’ve had to open a dispute through PayPal as the whole situation is a complete joke. Way to run a ‘very small business’ and ensure it stays small.

Great products

Likes: jewellery is beautiful and high quality, customer service is fairly rapid
Dislikes: had a bad experience where there was a mistake made by the customer service team and yet I had to cover the costs.

Scammed out of £60

I ordered from Gimmie Gold originally as a gift for Christmas.
This did not arrive on time and I asked for my money back, the customer service representative ignored this choice and sent another one out instead. I made it clear that I did not want to be sent another item and she said I must send it back. This product never came, and we still cannot find the package even though Royal Mail claim it was delivered. The “proof” doesn’t even show a picture of a parcel with my name on it. I’ve gone back and forth on this matter with the customer service representative, and they say it’s not their problem. So I have no product, no refund and they refuse to take responsibility for the fact that they ignored my request for a refund in the first place. Clearly a scam and won’t be seeing that money again. The representative was cold and not understanding at all, sending pre-written response that didn’t answer my questions. In the end they just stopped working responding.

Absolutely disgraceful customer…

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They FALSELY advertised their 'Apollo' bracelet with engraving as an option. Of course, anyone in their right mind would presume the engraving would be on the outside of the bracelet, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED on the product description or pictures!!! So I ordered it, and when it arrived, the engraving was on the INSIDE, like what??? I paid an extra £10 for engraving, for someones birthday that week too. So I emailed very very politely considering the circumstances, to be told that there's nothing they will do about it, and that thats just how the bracelet is. When it says NO WHERE in the product description or photos that this is the case. VERY MISLEADING. I have purchased from them before and explained how I am a valued customer, and would like a refund for the £10 extra I paid for the engraving as it had been falsely advertised. They completely ignored me and proceeded to say they would not give any sort of refund????? even though it's their fault!!!! I cant even get £10 back???? ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. NO VALUE FOR CUSTOMERS OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES. Very unprofessional! never known a brand like it!

Ordered Monday

Ordered Monday, they emailed to say it was getting ready Tuesday.

I got in touch to see when it would ship but was told there might be items out of stock that I ordered.
I asked for an ETA for this just to be in the know and they don’t seem to be able to give an answer if my items are even OOS or when they’ll be getting a restock. Customers appreciate transparency sometimes :)
