Shipping takes an extremely long time

Shipping takes an extremely long time, and to this day, I still haven’t received my order. From what I’ve seen, people who used the VIP code seem to receive their orders first, while people who ordered back in June/July are still waiting. I’m not claiming they’re scammers, but the shipping and fulfillment process has been absolutely terrible. If you’re someone who doesn’t want to wait an extremely long time for your order, I honestly wouldn’t recommend buying from them. At this rate, it feels like you could be waiting over a year just to receive your order.
