This is the worst sauce brand I’ve tried! I’ve used their oyster sauce, black bean garlic sauce and XO sauce. I had very unpleasant reaction to all three, each one caused me severe migraine, swollen lips and eyelids, and an extremely dry throat.

The black bean garlic sauce was by far the worst. After eating it, my symptoms became so severe that I had to lie down and was struggling to breathe comfortably. It was an alarming and distressing experience.

Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this brand. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and consider choosing a different brand, especially if they have experienced sensitivities to any of their products.

Great idea of packets of soup broth but no flavour - just tastes of salt and sugar. Really made me feel unwell afterwards.

The ingredients list is full of E numbers which shouldn't be needed.
E261 =monosodium glutamate
E631 =disodium inosinate (E631 is categorized as having “some concerns” by independent food safety evaluators, specifically because regular consumption in highly processed foods can be a marker of an ultra-processed diet, and because vulnerable populations must avoid it.)(an MSG substitute)
E627 =Disodium guanylate (an MSG substitute)

Absolutely choc a block with flavour enhancers, 621,627 and 631. This stuff are neurotoxins and makes many people ill with:
Severe migraines
Vertigo
Headache
Flushing
Sweating
Face pressure or tightness
Lack of feeling (numbness), tingling or burning in the face, neck and other areas
Quick, fluttering heartbeats
Chest pain
Feeling sick (nausea)
Weakness
Why it is still allowed is beyond me, probably because no one has yet died.
I have spent eight days in bed ill and continually vomiting from this rubbish.
Great stuff, isn't it, and totally unnecessary.

We received product that are past the best before date.

Ordered a large box of sauces etc as a present for my daughter to be delivered. First of all the site wouldn't take her address (or any other) which meant I wasted 30 mins trying to fix it. Mailed and got a fix the following day (Monday) and placed the order. By the following weekend there was still no dispatch confirmation so I followed up only to be told it had not yet been sent because they had no gift wrapping!
Gave them a chance to send out next day without the wrapping but they said it would be by the weekend - so 2 weeks from order. Suffice to say I canceled the order.

good quality in products and feel safe to use them for cooking and seasoning.

Still waiting for an order from last year, the couriers they use are; and this is purely a personnal opinion; utterly useless, won,t say who they are but it begins with an E.

While your Chili Oil is delicious, the top cap allows the oil to flow down the side of the bottle on my hands and counter. I suggest you have a cone top like are on Elmer's glue bottles and the like.

Having had two couriers let us down with our delivery, I decided to ask for a refund and for them to cancel my subscription. Whilst they use Evri, who have let us down more than once, I would not risk carrying on receiving their parcels.

Very quick delivery and great communication but was let down by the contents.
I received 5 items and looking online at the prices I could of brought them myself for cheaper. I won't cancel my subscription yet as hoping the box in January will be better.

Think the products are great but service ordering direct is appauling - I am still waiting for a sample set after providing them with my personal information as promoted on their website homepage but have not received it and have not heard back from them

Mystery box arrived with item missing, looks like there had been a problem with the couriers, have tried to get hold of Lee Kum Kee to explain the problem but no replies, very poor customer service

Misleading and slow response on complaint. The box arrived and I opened it to see far less items than the promotional pictures make out. Really disappointing from a value perspective. Emailed 3 days ago and still no response unfortunately. Lee Kim Kee products are good quality but the mystery box is very poor value for money

I’ve only tried the mushroom sauce so far, but if the rest of it is as nice, then I’ll be making yummy dinners.
