Damaged playmat
I did an order recently, and received a damaged playmat. When I reached back to the customer support team, they asked for pictures, and after sending all the requested pictures, they agreed to send me a gift card and a free shipping coupon.
It's been almost two weeks since then, and I've sent several emails to them, which have been completely ignored, and of course, no sign of the promised gift card and free shipping coupon so far...
