All these replies are false, battery lasts between 3-4 hours, sound quality is great, there is a little delay from pressing play and pausing but I mean it is synced up. Dont listen to these reviews.

Disgraceful !

Disgraceful !! I can’t believe these people are still allowed to sell after all these negative reviews and it is the same situation here to. I purchased for a gift for Christmas and the right ear pod wasn’t working then realised the case wasn’t charging and the. Tested with a second pair for my diahhter and the charge lasted less than 10 minutes. I WANT. Refund for both!! What and who to we address this with?? Website is gone too!!!

Frustration due to urbanpods

This is my first review that I write, my experience with Urbanpods is the reason for that. This happened: After 2 months the urbanpods arrive, I open them, on both of them is indicated "L" for left. Of course they did not work. As requested I sent them a video illustrating that the urbanpods don't work because both are for the left ear. First the customer service understands and promises me a refund. Months pass away, I ask for the refund, the lockdown due to covid-19 in UK is the excuse they have why the refund has not arrived yet. Suddenly, another guy from the customer service writes me "Your previous concern was handled by a different representative and I just happened to review your conversations and the issue for the refund. I just find it impossible to have both LEFT pods inside the box. Regarding your refund, we don't have a specific date when can it be processed but I already made a follow-up and escalated your concern." The whole story continues in this way, when 8! months after payment, the promised refund has not arrived yet on my bank account. Then the customer service stops to reply to my emails.
This is my experience with urbanpods, I really hope that you can safe yourself this great deal of bother.

All these replies are false, battery lasts between 3-4 hours, sound quality is great, there is a little delay from pressing play and pausing but I mean it is synced up. Dont listen to these reviews.

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time. Avoid as much as possible. Pretended to be a helpful customer service then just didn’t reply when it came to resolution part. Please avoid please..

This is one of the worst product I'v…

This is one of the worst product I'v ever bought.
Battery don't last even an hour, Bluetooth connection is really poor ad tend to disconnect every time you move, and also the control on the headphones works really bad,ad goes in pause and play anytime.

Avoid and save your money.

Only one earbud works despite numerous resets. Battery provides incorrect readings. Lasts a few minutes before advising it needs charged again. Ignored completely by the so called customer service. I know they’re cheap imitations of a superior product but I would at least expect them to work properly albeit at a lesser quality. Avoid.

Purchased Jan 2020 took them months to…

Purchased Jan 2020 took them months to come back to me as they were shocking and kept dropping out and not charging , July they responded and asked me to send a video which I did, they came back to me and said yes they were faulty and they would send a replacement, now Oct 20 still no replacement and they are not answering my emails, untrustworthy company and would not touch due to feeling i have been robbed

Terrible long long wait and now cannot…

Terrible long long wait and now cannot connect..sadly I ordered 2 pair and I still await the other pair...4 months down the line.
They will not connect? So many emails sent but no reply or that there have been delays
Don’t Buy they are a scam product

Total waste of money, don't be sucked in by good reviews

I will not be purchasing further urbanpods products nor recommending as my first order took far too long to arrive, many weeks, requests for updates via email were ignored until I logged a claim via PayPal, which quickly prompted a reply to say the goods had been shipped (they come direct from China so "alarm bells"). When they eventually did arrive the build quality, the control functionality and more importantly the sound quality are absolute rubbish. A total waste of money. I don’t know how they can promote these as quality sound.

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. Took an unbelievablely long time to arrive, even after I paid for 'express' dilvery. Don't bother. By the looks of the comments on their social media their standard delivery is just as bad. Soon the earpods stopped working. I contacted them and they asked me to video me doing the reset process, which did not work. They told me they forwarded the video to the relevant team and I've heard nothing since. I've contacted them multiple times and have not been replied to. Don't bother wasting your 40 EUROs with this lot.

AVOID

I would rate zero if I could

I would rate zero if I could. These things took almost two months to get & then wouldn't hold a charge. My young son spent his long save allowance to buy these & they are junk. Customer Service offered to replace them, but he only wants his money back. Haven't heard a peep from them since. They don't even reply to my emails anymore. Save your money and your time, buy a quality product from a known seller. I wish I read this site first before I let my son buy them. Live and learn.

These urban pods arrived reasonably quickly, but that’s where the good news ends. No end of technical problems mostly relating to them charging as a pair and not connecting. First complaint was answered promptly with reset instructions. Which didn’t work ❗️❗️ And the subsequent now over 3 months of contacting customer service and I still have the DEFECTIVE ear pods and no refund.
